Here's the summon rules, but you can summon any level by using a password.
Keep in mind, you will not see someone's sign if you're not embered and you will only see white and orange summon signs in areas you haven't killed the boss yet.
How to title your posts

I had 100 percented dark souls 3 about 2 years ago clocking in 2k hours in total and I hadn't played in a while but I just got myself a ps and gave my little brother my old one and we were going to play but, when I get on all my stuff was gone. I accidentally crafted the spell on my playthrough, and I need this weapon and ring for farming covenant items. I have never played through the DLC, and I've heard it's pretty long.
