Hi everyone anyone got pugs up for adoption puppies would be preferred. We have been looking for a pug to adopt for a long time however the prices are way to high. Thanks alot in advance.

help!

my pug had a red rocket and it was stuck out, balls and everything is this normal? his testicle was outside of where the scrotum would be. please let me know im concerned
