So I (30f) lost my beautiful 96 year old Grandmother in January this year. She passed away on a Thursday at 6am. I woke early that day, knowing she was very sick, and knew before I even got the call that she was gone - I just felt it.

I live quite far away from my family, around a 6 hour drive, so I wasn’t there to be with them afterward which was very hard. I was very close to my Grandmother and stayed with her every Friday night from the time I was no longer breastfed to the age of about 17. Even after that, I would try to stay at least once a month/when I was back from University etc.

The week following her passing, I was distraught to be honest. I could barely sleep and missed my family immensely - I couldn’t go home either as work was really intense. One night (I think around two/three weeks after her passing), she came to me in a dream. She was wearing this beautiful bronze suit she had and told me she felt different, but no longer frightened. She told me she needed to pass on but to let my mum know she was okay. I woke up at around 4am and immediately text my mum. She was up; she called me and told me that she was up feeling sad as that day she’d had to take my grandmother’s clothing to the undertakers for her cremation - they chose her bronze suit. She’d been crying and asking my Grandmother for a sign. I was freaked out - I couldn’t fall back to sleep. Eventually, after a lot of ruminating, it brought me comfort.

Since then, I keep getting messages in dreams. These aren’t all from the dead - these are just random messages. In one dream I was at a party for my friend - in the dream she had just got a brilliant job on TV (she’s an actress). I woke up and told her about it, the next day, she gets a call to say she’s got a job on a Netflix tv show. She called me to tell me; she’s an avid believer in this kind of thing where I am not. She also doesn’t tell people about her auditions in advance, only if she gets the job.

Another night, I dreamt I was in Barcelona with my boss. I didn’t think much of it to be honest until I went into work and he asked to chat with me - he invited me to Barcelona with some other team members for a work trip. I managed to hide the creeping realisation of the connection with the dream - I need to add that I don’t ever usually travel with work.

Another time, I fell asleep on my sofa and woke up after having a really vivid dream about my ex’s dog (so random honestly as we split over a year ago) and went on Facebook to see that his sister had posted a farewell message to their lovely dog - she’d passed the night before. I honestly felt really sick and weird after this one. She was only 5 and it was just sad.

It’s not just dreams either, I’ll get this weird urge to message someone. I’ll think ‘I wonder what (insert name) is doing now?) - I’ll pick up my phone and open WhatsApp and they’ll message me. As I am looking for their chat.

I went on the Barcelona trip, and invited a friend to fly out and join me at the end for the weekend - I text her to remind her to bring sunglasses and she sent me a voicenote to tell me how weird that was as she was literally holding her sunglasses in one hand and her phone in the other, just about to pack them. This is one example of this happening but it keeps happening, like two or three times a week.

Somethings these images flash into my head - a friend tripping over. A friend crying. My sister stood in her garden having a cigarette and looking stressed. When I message, 9/10 times, that’s where they are - and almost always wanting some support.

I see my friends regularly, and went over to one of their flats recently. I walked in and the question fell out of me “was Michael here?” - Michael is her shitty ex who keeps messing her around. She looked at me weirdly and was like “how do you know that?”. I didn’t know how. I don’t know! What the hell is happening to me?

I’m slightly afraid I’ll see something/feel something bad. I’m also a bit afraid I might be actually losing my mind. And with all this, I’ve never been so relaxed. I feel this weird sense of preparation and stillness in me - like when you have an exam but you KNOW you have studied really hard and you KNOW you’re going to do well. I’m sleeping really well and I have no desire to drink or binge. I’m just…mentally healthy for the first time in a long time. Stress has been rolling off me. I’ve spoken to a couple of people about it - I don’t put much stock into it either, just a passing comment here and there - it’s sometimes unavoidable as people are telling me that the thing I dreamt about actually happened.

Has anyone else experienced something like this? I’m finding it really hard to reconcile my sceptic mindset with the things that are actually happening to me. Are there things I should be doing to help/improve/stop this? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I've been taking ketamine for about a yr now and have received many messages when I come down. A few months ago the spirit or entity told me his name was Matthew. He also told me there is an entity named Abigail and a dog named Jodi.

Hi everyone sometimes just after I wake up I hear people like I’m in their living room. Sometimes I understand what they say sometimes I don’t. So I know how telepathy and mind readings work, by observing my psychic abilities for over four years, these traits dating back more than 16 years ago.

The thing bothering me is that I sometimes get tricked by hearing my own thoughts and my subconscious level across the surroundings I am around. I've observed that my overthinking about objects, facts, and people around me usually leads to that asset, hearing my thoughts about it or my subconscious concerns over that object/person straight from the point where they are, sometimes hearing their subconscious or their thoughts over my own ones about them/these. They usually happen with the voice or mine, different types of voices or tones, nor the person's voice and various tones of theirs.

Schizophrenia? Not so sure, but managing almost every time in realising that my monkey mind is causing these. I usually do psychometry over these for the purpose, of finding info about the object/person around me or being remotely far from me.

Shit just got real Ok so first off …my birth adopted mother realized she couldn’t have kids after her 3rd miscarriage. In high school I became a skateboard metal punk and was introduced to many types of chemicals from my enlightened rebellion peers that I chose to identify with… The first time I chewed up a handful of caps freshly picked out of a cow patty I walked straight into a dream that allowed me to realize my gift… I could physically see other people’s thoughts… at first just my friends and later in life total strangers… My adopted mom died of colon cancer that spread to her liver at a young age… she was late 30s… my step dad has never been that close… not like mom but…I always wanted to find my bio parents… so recently the love of my life bought me a gift… a kit to a very popular DNA testing company… two weeks after I sent in my sample I got an email saying my results were inconclusive and they were sending me a different kit… a month after that kit was sent in ,I inquired about my results and was told that they were apologetically sorry but had lost my kit somehow and was offered a refund…

This is where Shit gets crazy… for the last four days I have noticed these dark colored SUVs with limo tint parked all over our neighborhood… They always crank up and pull off just as I’m pulling in for work everyday… And then the kicker is that my boys come running inside yesterday evening to tell my wife that they saw two men in the woods behind our house… one of which was dismounting from a tree with a camera in hand as both spotted the boys and walked quickly deeper into the woods on our property… we contacted the sheriffs office and they wouldn’t even go look where my boys spotted them…. If I could get close enough to one of them, I could scan him … That’s my olds buddies word used to describe the way I see one’s thoughts or visions…. I need to tell Reddit about something that has been going on for a long while, and I just thought it was me being crazy. First I’m 15. I live in ky. I don't care if you believe me or not, but I can't get sleep at night. Every time I close my eyes I get an image. More like a 2 second memory but they're not mine. I get them all the time. When my friends family have seen me randomly flinch and jump, it was because of that, but when I zone out, I go into someone's memory, or something that's going to happen to them in the future. I can be zoned out for 3 seconds, but for me it has been 10-20 minutes at times, and I can just walk around I'm like a viewer sometimes. Then sometimes more then anything, I am in their eyes. I see what they see but I have no control at all. The detail is crazy. Some of the items, like beds, guns, tvs, doorknob, design of the home or place, and it has never been presented to me. In the images are the first time I've seen these items, the house, or place. Each image also has a unique stamp on me.

I feel useless sometimes with what I see, but more the last 3 months. Stuff I've seen came and happened to me, the same stuff. I'm not dreaming because it happens when I'm up but also when I'm sleeping, and when I had trouble falling asleep it was because I heard voices calling my name. Most of my dreams took place in an apocalyptic future before. This stuff started since I was 13.

I’m seeking perspectives and opinions on what my son could potentially be experiencing and referring to.

Around the age of 3.5 he started telling me about his “other blue family who live in the sky.” Initially I didn’t think too much of it, until he started telling me about his little brother George and older sister whose name he couldn’t remember (he tried very hard to when I asked and, instead of making up a name, admitted with disappointed frustration that he couldn’t remember). As his speech and expression were somewhat behind for his age, and developed significantly slower than my first child, I was extremely shocked by the precision and emotion that he described his other “blue” siblings with. He really seemed to be recalling a relationship with his older sister who “hugged him and made him feel so good” with far more detail and emotion than I had never heard him refer to his immediate life with. It really caused me to take note.

Not long after this, he started telling me repeatedly that his “blue grandpa” was coming to take him home. I’ve never been overly superstitious, but because he’s so precious to me, I erred on the side of caution and suspected it was a premonition regarding him potentially drowning on an upcoming holiday by the river. I don’t know why I had this distinct impression, but I just went with it. My son is extremely energetic and reckless (at that age I often joked it was a full time job just keeping him alive), and for some reason, I just felt certain that if I didn’t keep a constant eye on him, he’d drown.

The holiday was far from enjoyable, but I didn’t lose sight of him for a second, and he came home safe and sound. Prior to the trip, he told me almost daily that grandpa was coming. After the holiday, he continued to talk about his blue family, but never mentioned “blue grandpa coming to take him home” ever again. I still feel that this was meaningful.

Anyway, he still chats casually about his blue family in the sky and I try to listen and chat in as relaxed a manner as possible, as I want to show interest without discouraging him.

I’m extremely I nterested in any thoughts, perspectives or insight on this. I’m not worried about it at all, but I’m also unsure what exactly to make of it. Googling “sky family” and “blue family” doesn’t yield any results. lol

This morning I asked him about his blue family, where they are and whether they look like us. He told me very ‘matter of factly’ that they live in space and that they’re birds with wings who fly. He said, “when I fly with them in space I’m a bird and fly with them too. They threw me down here because my mummy was sick. And I didn’t want to go, but they said I had to. They said if I sit here and didn’t find a family, that they’d come back to get me.”

He also said when they cry their tears turn to lightening.

He gave me the impression he visits with them in the sky. He says he’s a blue bird when he’s with them and that he flies with his white wings.

I wrote it all down, but have just finished the school run and had a chance to update and forgotten a few bits and pieces!

Edit 2: I just checked my notes - he finished off with “and then it was done.” I find it really interesting that he recounted the event as singular and total. Not like a sprawling imagination with further details. I couldn’t help myself and asked him about it again a few hours after the first time and he said, “just what I told you this morning.” He didn’t take it as an opportunity to expand and “make up” more, he responded as though, ‘you already know, I’ve already told you what happened.’

So a few years back, lone at home at night, my parents coming late from a wedding, I was thinking critically about psychic beliefs, reptilians and The Matrix. One thought was aimed to David Icke, then I had a vision of a spider and a gray giving to choices, to see the truth in visions since then and perceive the reality, the origins of everything and The Matrix as it is in the everydays life or to forget the psychic trance and live my life as it is. I was accepting the truth, after that I had a series of some lucid visions, seeing highly advanced tech, grey beings, dark beings and having all my psychic abilities unlocked ‘from my DNA to the surface’. I’ve had searched the occurrence and led me to a specific ‘SpiderWeb’ initiation which lets your third eye and astral body travel, perceive and see the whole reality of the universe, from a point of something that look like a spider web and getting inside it, much like bending point a to point b, a wormwhole from a point to another or like a wrap spaceship. I’ve seen much, from robotically mediums, to alternate dimensions and realities, planets and as basic as it was, while watching a video or listening to a song, my spider self opened the spiderwebgate and put my eyes closed vision into seeing the set of the movie, of the song in past, present or future tense from the point of view travelled in. I took the quiz from the book “discover your psychic type” by Sherrie Dillard. My Dominant 2 were mental and spiritual. Anybody else who read the book and got the same types?

I got clean 3 years ago and since then I have been on a journey of improving myself. I have always known I had abilities and always wanted to learn more about them. Recently I have felt the most at peace with my life and positive about the direction I am going in.

With that being said, I really would like to learn all that I can to develop my abilities. I feel them getting stronger the more I open myself. I’m not sure if this is a stretch but I’ve had some weird things happen and I’m not sure if it’s a coincidence or not. I like to listen to podcasts and watch YouTube videos while I work. I deal with a lot of names at my job that come in from all over the state so you imagine I see a LOT of names. Well, I’ve noticed more and more that as I’m listening to my podcasts about true crime they mention names of killers and victims and it’s happened quite often where right as they say a name I’m working on a person’s case with the same name. It doesn’t have to be secluded to just names too. I’ve noticed that it happens with a lot of other things too. It almost feels like things are lining up with my podcasts and life. I’m sorry if this is confusing, but I just needed to talk about it.

Lately, I've been having vivid dreams that strangely predict small events in my life, like receiving a text before it's sent or someone changing their hair color. While these occurrences aren't significant, they're mentally exhausting. I've explored spiritual practices before and know I might be spiritually gifted, but I need guidance on how to manage these dreams better. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

Too many people people in this world fall victim to the traps set up in society to make them lose control of their spiritual energy.

A simple definition for spiritual energy is that blissful wave that can most easily be felt/recognized as present while you get goosebumps from positive situations/stimuli.

I have asphantasia but......im not sure its permanent.

So if i want to close my eyes, and imagine an apple i cant, but if i just meditate, sometimes i see random things and i can make them out or 'know' what it is.

If i say receive something psychic or from spirit eyes open i get mental images of pictures etc, for example if i got something psychically for a person and i saw a boat on a river with a man standing there, id get a mental image in my head.

If i read say harry potter i can imagine the characters and faces and scenes from the film.

So what im asking is, can i work on visualisation by the way people do so i can see an apple on a table etc?

Just a disclaimer: I don't take these things too seriously, but I was just wondering what you guys over here would think. What does it mean in your opinion if I keep seeing 444 while thinking of one specific person? It keeps showing up, now almost every single day when that person pops into my mind. [This person, for context if you need it, has been one of the nicest people to me and seems to be looking out for me(?) I also noticed I kept seeing 444 before I looked it up and found out that angel numbers were a thing, so I know I'm not just imagining it].
