It doesn't sound a lot like the GOAT we know--lots of layered drones and hardly any percussion--little snatches of vocals-I think some are from the show-with some quite beautiful acoustic guitar-led pieces. Really good record. I can imagine doing a bunch of mushrooms to this , putting on my headphones and floating away.......Pretty vinyl, too
Howdy Psychonauts
If anybody doesn’t fancy watching the Eurovision this evening, I got half baked last night and spun my own (mostly) euro set of psych rock, funk & folk.
I added the countries as subtitles. Upvotes for the first to identify artists / titles.
Enjoy!
Yo anyone know the set list of this show
Hello, I am a guitar player of 20 years. I've been in death metal bands for 15 years but I love psychedelic music just as much, maybe a little more some days. I would love for somebody (drummer/vox/bassists) to send tracks back and forth with and create music. If you're interested let me know! This is all new to me. I have a lot of 'riffs' that are really good I think, but they don't fit in with my current band. I just want to create music. No shows or anything crazy.
Bands that inspire me:
The Beatles The Freeborne Jefferson Airplane Pink Floyd pre darkside Paul Revere and the Raiders Black Sabbath King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard The GOASTT Lennon-Claypool Delirium Uncle Acid and the Deadbeats MGMT The Bright Light Social Hour Yes Donovan Just to name a few 😀

I'm basically looking for something drippy kind of something that just melts the guitars are just so fuzzy you can smell it very weird lyrics something what takes the past but makes it even weirder I guess something that sounds 60s but at the same time if it came out in the 60s it may have been too much maybe something with a counterculture protests kind of vibe but at the same time very weird
So good. Pure dynamite.
i hope you all like it :)
A very tacky example of a Hollywood, Network TV, broadway version of grooviness. Hippies never dressed like this.
