I was playing perfectly fine last night. Now, I can't play online. My internet is fine, and connected perfectly, but none of my online features work, my games won't start in online mode, and it says my online status is unavailable.

I have tried Wired LAN, and wireless wifi. I have tried my Hotspot. I've restarted my Playstation multiple times. I've tried forcing it into safe mode and force updating it. I've tried manually entering in DNS settings. Nothing is working.

I feel like PSN is having issues every week, it's getting a little bothersome. From what I can tell this has been a persistent issue for at least the past 5 days. Do we have any information regarding this?

I hope you're doing well. I'm having trouble with my PSN account and could really use some assistance. I recently decided to change my password, and when prompted for the 2-factor authentication code, I mistakenly entered it wrong due to my vision issues. I tried twice, but both attempts were incorrect.

Now, after requesting a new code, I’m not receiving any authentication codes on my phone, which is preventing me from logging into my account.

Anyone else having troubles again? Seems like a regular occurrence last few days that psn is pretty much unusable in the afternoon/evening.

I’m looking to buy a pre order and have money in my wallet plus needing money from my card. But the payment they are trying to take is not using the wallet even though it says it is on the order page before I click purchase. I’ve rejected the amount on my banking app. Any ideas? Can you not use Psn wallet for a pre order? Seems odd!

Not sure if this is an international issue but at least in Australia it seems to be down. Looked on DownDetector and there is multiple reports and I can't even sign into Apple Music.

A couple months ago I got a couple emails saying I spent over $190 on gta shark cards on a ps4 (I haven't owned a ps4 on probably about 3 years) so I tried to dispute and Playstation basically told me they can't do anything because it's in game currency and they wouldn't be able to take the in game currency out, so I said whatever fuck it ill just take the L, but then a couple weeks after that I got an email saying my account is suspended permanently due to charge backs, so I tried to dispute that and explain the situation and they just told me I owe them a little over $160 and the only way I can pay off this debt is to buy $160 in psn vouchers which I think is a little sketchy and doesn't feel right. So I'm just wondering if anyone else has gone through a situation like this and if this is what I have to do to use my ps5?

I logged into my ps app a few months ago and I want to access my latest captures. My only problem is for some reason my ps app is connected to my ex boyfriends PlayStation. Is there any way I can log my account out of his ps5 because I really wanna be able to have my captures on my phone. I’m on ps4 if that helps at all. I’d really appreciate some advice!

The internet is getting connected but the psn connection is failing every time. It shows im online in the dashboard but can’t launch any internet games. Same problem with my other profiles too. Is anyone else experiencing this? What is the solution to this problem?

I just got a replacement transceiver today for the Inzone H9 headphones from Sony because the last one stopped working. I'm trying to get it to go into pairing mode and it won't. All I can find is hold the button for 5 seconds and it'll start doing double flashes for pairing mode. I cannot get it to double flash and I'm not sure why. Any suggestions?

Does anyone know why my internet and psn connection is constantly going through a cycle of “checking” and “connected”? I can’t play any games because it won’t establish a connection long enough to get into one. And yes my Ethernet cord is plugged in securely.
