Crispy and crunchy pretzels, with their overwhelming grains of salt ? Bready, full, and warm German pretzels, dipped in chocolate ?

Went more traditional, but nailed the flavor and texture.

None of the convenience stores or small markets around here have any Rold Golds at all now. Weird. I don’t know how long it has been like this. (Eastern MA.) Is it due to recall?
They just have Snyders, which barely have any salt at all, now (if there is any), and they are bitter. They are always lousy.
This isn't for a brand because the brand doesn't exist yet. However, I'm interested if there are any US based pretzel lovers that would be interested in trying a new soft pretzel product when we finish it? We're currently finalizing the recipe and will be producing them shortly!
If so, send me a DM with your city and state. If you're chosen, well follow up and ask for an address. We'd like to be able to send some to everyone but we have to manage shipping costs.
Thanks!
Does anyone have a recipe for mustard pretzels, with no honey/sweetness? I have mustard powder, I suppose I could just coat in oil and the powder and bake, but wondering if anyone had a tested, good recipe?
First time attempting pretzels, they turned out awesome! I did the seriouseats version with what I felt was a severe over proof before cutting and shaping, then a 24hr refrigerator rest. All else was spot on. They came out amazing aside from the presentation lol!
Have you all tried this? They are hollow inside. Very light and crispy. I like to dip them in cream cheese.
Unique extra dark and these are tied for first
