Hello Wormholers,

As many of you are probably aware already, myself, Capri, and Icarus are on the focus group for balancing t3C for the patch slated for July 11th.

In the spirit of making sure anyone who wants to, has a place to voice their concerns/thoughts, i wanted to throw a threa dup so peopel can post and get a discussion going. We have one on slack going on, but its easy to lose peoples voices as the channels scrolls onwards.

I want to stress that while we can voice our thoughts to CCP, many of these directions are probably written in stone, and we have very little control over the larger parts that Fozzie has planned. I will happily throw your ideas into the discussion, but make no promises it will be met with changes.

How do you feel about evictions in general and are there ever any circumstances where an eviction is "justified"? Is there some weighted scale that says for this infraction against us you only get your face knocked in, but you did this so now you must pay the piper of complete removal from your wormhole? Is using the word justify to remove someone just a word that makes the evictors feel good about what they are doing or to appear "in the right" in the court of public opinion? What are you thoughts?

A considerable number of you have asked me to make my data that I used for my FF presentations public. After a bit of cleaning up, and consolidating, i am ready to do just that!

Now, some quick bits about the data, before everyone starts asking why it may not match yours

• This data is based on EVERY SINGLE ship that was killed in a wormhole, from April 1st 2016, to March 31st, 2017

• This data is sourced directly from CCP, no killboard scraping, no lookups, just right off the DB

• CCP's isk value for kills is different than zkills. On average across 50 kills I compared CCP's is ~15% lower

• Only Final blows were counted, so if 2 corporations were both shooting something, only the one that got final blow was credited

• All data is exclusively WH space, and not including Thera ( its not a wormhole)

• Citadels/POSes are NOT included

• I am aware that at some point down the list of corps ( well over the 2k mark) some of my formulas seem to have broke, if your WH corp is not in the top 2,000 then I apologize, the summary for yours may be incorrect

I have two excel spreadsheets for everyone, one simple sheet with just totals across 12 months for all corporations, and another larger that includes the raw data that was used.

The formula's I used to create my "totals" have been replaced with the value it turns into for the sake of speedy sorting ( moving anything on that page took minutes if every cell was a formula that needed to be re-calculated). I triple checked the formulas were correct before applying to all corps, and then repalcing, but if you are more than welcome to tell me I messed up, across this much data I wouldn't be surprised if I did make some mistakes.

Together with some RL friends we've decided that the current situation in most parts of nullsec is unacceptable. Ratters rat undisturbed, miners mine with impunity, sovereignty is kept for generations, you know the problem.

We've decided to do something about it, bring spice into the poor people's lives, but so far, it seems our work is minuscule compared to the colossi that occupy renter null and some other regions as well. Minor black ops, cloaky camping, JF ganking are good and all but, they barely scratch the surface.

What is your advice on this? What could possibly disrupt the mindless farming in such a way that it's no longer feasible to attempt to recover? Ninja-entosis? Reinforcing structures?

I've read up stuff about how sov works but before I commit to this course of action I'd like to know if anyone has a better idea.

We're a few guys into it now (like ~10) so we need something with leverage.

Oh well, here goes nothing :)
