Hello everyone
I'm a DIY post-metal project from Portugal. I write, record, and mix everything myself in my home studio. It's a lot of work, but I'm really proud of what I've been able to accomplish. I already have two EPs, and I'm always open to feedback, so any opinions are always welcome.

Oh! And also did some videolips for fun, hope you all like it.

It’s coming up to the end of my honeymoon, & it’s been a while since a piece of music not made by Holy Fawn made me cry & an even longer while since a GY!BE song (OUR SIDE HAS TO WIN) made me cry.
This was a cathartic release for me this morning after what’s been a whirlwind few weeks. Death and joy, loss and devotion all at the same time. Fucking hell of a song title to have a bittersweet moment of reflection to but alas.
Life can have its little moments of grace amongst all the black sometimes. Enjoy them whilst they last.
RIP sunshine. 🖤
The band is from Guadalajara, Mexico, and published an EP in 2005 and an album around 2007 I think. Their first album with their original, singer, called "Atemahawke" is a fucking masterpiece.
Has anyone in here, not from Mexico, heard it?
Just because I have my atg 2024 clashfinder, atg 2025 lineup and portals 2025 line up and nothing else open.
Saw mono last night. Front seat. Amazing as always
Greetings guys,
I'd like to share with you my newest project which is Instrumental Music Realm. Please check out my first song and let me know what you think, follow the channel for more songs like this..
Bark Psychosis has a pretty iconic reputation now of being a very elusive and obscure band relative to their legacy. The first ever “post-rock” band officially (with the label prescribed on them ofc), it’s pretty bizarre how little of Bark Psychosis we have online. With how legendary Hex was and how infamously strenuous and chaotic the recording process was, you would really think there would be more recordings of these dudes online, but the only one publicly available is a performance at a festival in Moscow, Russia in 1994. What I find interesting is, during their performance of “Big Shot”, the Russian TV Channel YouTube videos use as a source of recording suddenly cuts out halfway through the song to conduct interviews with teenagers at the event, before cutting back to Bark Psychosis. The exact clip is shown. But it leaves out like a minute or two of the song. Is there any way this cut footage is able to be found somehow? This might be better geared for r/lostmedia, but it’s quite enamoring. The only video recording of this band that exists online in a form that’s easily accessible is not even the full thing. Please, if anyone knows anything about this, it would be much appreciated, thank you.
I am really amazed by what these guys do. Jeff the guitarist is the ultimate musician. I wanted to achieve a similiar sound but i can't figure out what he does. Like delay for example, how many delays to do that and what are the times for them? How does he achieve layers and layers of beautiful cosmic sounds. Specially for the albums: subsets of sets and cale:drew.
Any info would really be appreciated.
Let’s us know what you think! 🖤
Hi there, I'm looking to expand my studying playlist, any suggestion is apprecciated!
beautiful song but its the only one of theirs that sounds like that. i love the way all of the parts compliment each other.
Fill your ears, love your life - such goodness inbound. Enjoy.
65daysofstatic were my first ever live concert and probably one of the best gigs of my life looking back on it. Issue I have is that their current sound is pretty far from the old sounds in the mid 2000s (fall of math, one time for all time etc). I love the new stuff too but the nostalgia persists.
I was wondering if anyone here had ever found any bands that even come close to that sound. I know 65dos themselves have a tonne of music coming out over the next months so I will have hopes high for something that harkens back to that sound but figured I'd check here just in case.
My intro to postrock was Spiderland. I don’t consider myself a true postrock aficionado like many ppl in this sub, although I do listen to what I would consider postrock 60% of my listening hours.
Anyway I’m curious how do you all perceive Spiderland. My understanding is that’s it one of, if not THE foundational post rock album. I’ve listened to it probably 50+ times. But I want to know how the postrock community views it. Let me know.
