Hi! I am fairly new to This. I have been doing regular kegels for a while, some what consistent for the last 3-4 months, but just when I have remembered, so maybe not that consistent when I think of it😅 I discovered this program when researching orgasm and ways to train to maybe be able to achieve vaginal ones. I also have struggled to achieve clitoral ones, but that journey is progressing nicely!👏🏼
So… I have read others experiences here and searched the old threads, and I am learning a lot. I bought the book for now, as the course is a bit more the what I can splurge on my self at the present moment.
I will say I think I am understanding the contract ing motion fairly well, and also just tried some squeezing which I also think I am able to do and seperate from contracting.
However the biggest obstacle I am facing so far is the breathing technique. I will say on an all round basis that this is something I struggle to feel the benefit from. People are very focused on the benefits of it come to exercise, yoga, mindfullness, not to mention sex etc. but I clearly struggle to feel the connection with the breathing and it giving me any grounding or relaxation. Often it is just in the way since I really have to focus on it, and it takes away from every thing else I am supposed to do, like contraction per example. I can’t for the life of me figure out how to contract, and focus on the work down there, when simultaneously counting how many times I am doing it and at the same time focus on my breathing
I can do it for maybe a couple of times, but then I get really dizzy and my head spins, and I figured that’s maybe not what’s supposed to happen😬😳
So my question is how can one make the breathing easy and how do one incorporate it more effortlessly or fluently? Breathing in with nose and out with mouth is what I do now, but then I do get that dizzy feeling.
Not focusing at all at my breathing and contracting at the same time does not make me dizzy at all. But I had one session that I did maybe 5-6-7 contractions where I did not get dizzy immediately, where I did feel some of the benefits from focusing on my breath, but It was short lived before the dizziness came… So I do really want to master the breathing too, because I think it will be a good aid in other aspects in life too…
So please give me any advice or tips or experiences you have!

Hello,
I wanted to ask the ladies who have noticed an increase in sensation through penetration.. how long did you feel improvement?
I'm 6 months pp from a rough birth, and while doing biofeedback for pelvic floor my PT mentioned she had to put the current quiet high for me to feel it. I've graduated pf PT and I'm currently stuck on week 3 trying to get the squeeze down.
Never had a vaginal orgasm, even before kids. While I do enjoy intercourse, penetration just feels 'nice', more so if it's rough then I feel like I can actually feel it more.
I'm hoping pompoir will help in that regard as I feel like I'm missing out 🥲
Any encouragement will be greatly appreciated ❤️
Hello y'all, I was interested to know what your goals are with pompoir to keep up our motivation and maybe add more goals that seem like a nice idea to achieve. Thank you to everyone that takes the time to answer. 🫶 Oh, and if you checked the box 'other', would you elaborate that in the comments? 🙏
Has anyone had success with tightening up using kegel master? I have one, but because of crazy life stuff I haven’t had the motivation to use it consistently. Some success stories would really help. Even if your experience was not successful, I’d love to hear your feedback.
I’ve only ever been sexually active with my partner of ~4 years and we’ve always had crazy good sex that has only gotten better. We’ve always been really compatible sexually and the first time we had penetrative sex I finished several times from penetration alone. Since our sex started off on a really good note we both felt very comfortable with exploring sexually which has allowed me to naturally start practicing pompoir with no prior knowledge of the practice.
We started smoking weed at home (we only smoked socially prior) and that started to help a lot with me getting in tune with my body more. We had really good sex because of compatibility/passion but I really only learned about sex through the view of porn and purity culture so I struggled to just relax and feel what I was feeling. Weed changed that because I was able to relax and tune in with my muscles. I really liked how it felt and so did my partner so over time i became so in tune with them that they became really strong and now the movement is entirely involuntary most of the time.
I can control the rhythm when I choose to but sometimes I lean into it so much that the rhythm just naturally occurs in sync with my partner. It’s such a magical experience and it genuinely just feels like our bodies are able to sync perfectly. I’m so excited to read more about this and practice more because my body is already so strong from activating the muscles just during sex that I think I could pick up on specific techniques very easily.
I’ve tried to look into this for years and never found the language to explain it to anyone. AHH!! Sex is so beautiful and fun and this technique feels like I’ve unlocked some divine feminine magic. It’s crazy.
I have been training very consistently for the past seven months, before that I didn't train any kegels whatsoever. I've noticed big improvements with the squeezing. It has become much easier for me to perform, I feel it significantly stronger around my finger and I can squeeze higher up in the vaginal canal than before. But the contractions is not going as well and I feel like I'm not improving at all. I don't feel like my contracting has gotten any stronger since I started. I have never had any problem with holding a contration for 30 seconds so holding it is not the problem. I'm just feeling more confused with the movement than with the squeezing, opposite to what most seem to experience. It's like the quality of my contracting never improves, some days it's a bit easier and some days harder but it's not an upward going curve. I can't get the contracting movement all the way up in my vaginal canal without letting it take the time of several breahts. It's impossible for me to do it in one swift motion. Because of this I find the milking techniqe quite hard.
Is there anything I can do to boost my actual strenght and to better understand and improve contractions? I'm starting to feel discouraged and I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
Please help me with my loose vagina i have no walls, i feel no ridges, i am only 19 and during sex the guy explains he can’t feel anything. It affects my mental health very negatively and i often get suicidal thoughts. Has anybody had this happen to them? What is pompoir and how can it help me?
Okay so before anyone says this I am like 99% sure that I wasn’t gonna squirt earlier.
I was masturbating and this time I was more sensitive like an overstimulating feeling every single time like I was going to pee. I decided to alternate between kegels and just letting go and relax but the strong sensation was still there and I was just going at it until like at a certain point idk if it was a cramp or something but like I felt something like my lower part like my hips n shit. So I just decided to rub my clit a little
Then I tried to continue, it still had that overstimulating feeling on top of like a cramp or something, I genuinely couldn’t orgasm cus like the cramp felt so weird. I had to get up and huddle to the bathroom and when I took a piss that feeling instantly left
Am I here just somehow finding new sensations or something because I was lowkey getting into it until that happened and I ended up walking like a penguin to the bathroom cus it felt like something was gonna pop
Hey everyone! Cam here, Gohddess COO and your pompoir coach. I wanted to take a minute to check in with all of you on where you're at in your training and see how we can better support you!
Where are you in your journey? Have you been working on building up strength, or are you exploring specific techniques like control or endurance? Maybe you've noticed changes in your awareness, sensitivity, or connection? It’d be amazing to hear more about your experiences—successes, challenges, and any goals you’re setting along the way!
To make the space even more valuable, I’d also love to know what types of content you'd like to see more of, both here on the subreddit and on our other platforms! Here are a few ideas we were thinking about, and please feel free to add anything else you'd like to see:
I was on their website a few months ago contemplating on getting one but I checked again recently and it’s gone. I can’t find any on amazon either.
I liked how basic the concept was and how many different “levels” it came with but can’t seem to find anything similar. Are plain weights the next best thing?
I’ve heard good things about perifit but didn’t love the idea of having to stare at a screen.
Hi,
I'm two months postpartum now after a vaginal delivery in August and started using the perifit last week. Now I'm kind of disappointed with my first results. I've only got like 140g in strength. I cannot even say if this is because of the birth or not, as I don't know my strength from before. Can anyone here relate? Or can share their numbers after having given birth? And did u start to see results with the perifit and how soon? Also what would you guys recommend to do? I'm using the Perifit 4-5 times a week now and have a PT course starting in two weeks. I've been cleared by my gynecologist a week ago. Maybe some of you could share your story and what has helped you.
The problem: I went to a party last night and decided to use one ben wa ball and carry it around and play with it. After about 6hours I went home, so Ive had the single ball in for about 7 hours. When I tried to push it out, I didn't manage, and I figured it was stuck in the position like on the image. It was "vacuumed" into the small pocket there. I removed it mechanically by pushing out with my muscles and simultaneously undoing the vacuum with my finger. My question is :
Thanks!
OK so I had my 6th baby in September and got the Kegelmaster.
My questions: Did anyone start with only one spring? I have mine on the 2nd notch (can't think of the proper name at the moment) How long did it take to advance? How often? Daily? How long were your sessions? Where can you buy more springs once you get stronger?
I'm embarrassed by how weak my pelvic floor is. But I guess it won't get better unless I start.
While Pedro is animating those six additional lessons that should be available in late 2024 / early 2025, just wondering if English subtitles were already added or not?
Musical Training lessons seemed to contain English subtitles by default, though Module 1 to Module 7 weren't subtitled yet and therefore I was getting a little help from OpenAI Whisper. Then I still had to go through everything with a fine-tooth comb so that stuff like capitalization etc. would look more consistent.
(BTW, subtitles would be genuinely useful for non-native speakers of English while translated subtitles should work best for anyone who might not understand English at all.)
Hopefully I don't have to mess with OpenAI Whisper again once those new lessons are going live in the near future, many thanks.
I just wanted to know if this happened to any of y’all and if maybe I should do something about it.
So ever since I started pompoir I’ve been able to have vaginal orgasms, like it’s my primary way of orgasming but I realized recently I got tighter. So when I tried penetrating myself I was super tight but not uncomfortable at all I just needed more force to actually penetrate myself but on top of that when I do it I can like feel every ridge inside of myself and at certain points it gets really overwhelming like there’s a part I keep on hitting I’m guessing it’s my g spot but it feels super overstimulating like good but with a mix of discomfort.
The whole time since I usually practice contractions while masturbating I just had to do a reverse kegel because it started to feel weird when I could just feel every single ridge inside of me, but my orgasm was way stronger
I’m bad at explaining so mb if this isn’t a good explanation
The tantric partner (64M) of my (61F) dreams just had open heart surgery Tuesday. The docs say I saved his life by recognizing the symptoms and pushing to go to the ER.
It’s been three weeks of intense stress and my Tantra and pompoir practices have necessarily fallen by the wayside. I’m now resuming my solo sexual practices while I wait for my partner to heal.
I’m not on HRT and relied on sexual practices to keep my tissue and libido alive. I’m demoralized because function is slow to recover. My personal practice had lessened already in favor of our partnered practice.
I need encouragement and support to keep me going. It will be months before my partner can even spoon again. And I miss him.
I’d appreciate encouraging words, acknowledgement of grief and loss, personal experiences. TIA
I recently started gripping a suctioned dildo on the wood floor and seeing if I could pull it up off the floor not realizing how difficult it was. Four months later after some practice I squatted on the floor, slipped it in, gripped and after an exhale pulled and slowly started raising myself up and pop! The dildo came off the floor while I still gripped it. I was so proud.
Hello,
I'm 5 months PP and have been in pelvic floor physio for a few months and fixed my tight pelvic floor with release and then later stregnthened with biofeedback. My PT said I am ready for vaginal weights. She doesn't know about the perifit or the pompoir course so she couldn't give me insight on that. I don't have any pelvic floor issues as of now.
I've just started the gohdess program and currently in week 1 of the ramp up period. I'm mainly doing it for better sex life, better sensation for me, and hopefully vaginal orgasms.
I wanted to ask how or should I combine perifit and/or vaginal weights with the gohdess program? These 2 weeks its twice a week of training, and training frequency will increase as weeks go by. I don't have much time/brainpower to do several types of training throughout the week, lol. However I would appreciate any insight on what is most recommended.
Thank you for your time
"Yo! Are we ever going to talk about the fact that women can literally " use hypropressives during practice?
:) Bel :). Maybe to milk, squeeze, whip, twist, rub, pulse, wring, rock, lock ummm his *eggplant *........?
Hi, I purchased the book last night to start pompoir training.
For those who’ve had success, did you use any tools like the perifit or the kegel master?
My main goal with this is to have vaginal orgasms. Just looking for advice,
Thanks!
Ok I’m about to start the Pompoir method. I don’t have a partner and I need to buy the best machine/tool to get started. I really just want the tool that you find best when keeping the pompoir in mind. I heard Perilift is good and so is Kegel Master. Ben Wa Balls, drilled balls… so many.
But i don’t really want the main purpose to be kegels but Pompoir techniques.
What has greatly improved that?
Mind you I’m an absolute beginner and won’t have a partner for awhile i suppose.
I have been doing pompoir course for about three months now but not very regularly. I do it about 2-3 times a week. My partner doesn’t really feel it.
My partner is on the slightly smaller side and circumcised which I don’t mind and I get too wet when having PIV which cuts out the friction for us. Recently he wants more of blow jobs and hand jobs since that feels better and he can’t cum from sex. Was wondering if pompoir has helped make vaginas tighter for the partner to feel more? Please help cause I would love more of PIV.
So I’ve been single for almost 6 months. I decided to start practicing with Perifit and kegelmaster shortly after my break up. And I started learning some pompoir techniques shortly after. I haven’t had the chance to try anything out until recently. I’m still definitely a beginner but I can now move my walls independently and kind of do some of the moves. I’ve practiced mostly on my perfit.
Recently, I was intimate with the guy I’ve been talking to. He was.. very very large. And I felt like I couldn’t do any of the things I’d been practicing. Does size have anything to do with that? Or does it take time to figure out how to do it during the act vs practicing with a non human item?
Hello, community! I hope you're having a beautiful week.
A student of the program recently asked me how to stay motivated to train now that she's single. Interestingly enough, I've never been as consistent with my training as I am now that I'm also single.
That said, I realize I have very specific motivation: my workouts serve as "Research and Development" for new exercises and training techniques that I add to our programs.
I was wondering, for those of you who continue training while single, what are your reasons? I'd love to write a blog post about this and would love to hear your experiences.
Here are some of my reasons:
I'd love to hear your reasons if you're comfortable sharing!
Has anyone done this? Does that make you use the squeeze muscles? I had to use only one spring where as the regular positioning of the kegelmaster I use 3. Is it a good idea? Felt like I was working my side muscles, the ones you squeeze with.
