For when a pizza has been so poorly crafted, or mistreated, you feel like a legitimate crime has been committed.
We're here to post and determine if someone's attempt to make, or treatment of a made-pizza, was so egregious, that it basically constitutes a crime.
Pizza, that being some flat bread with some sort of sauce and toppings, has ostensibly been a thing for hundreds of years, being first really created in/around Italy, even before tomatoes were incorporated.
We're not here to wax-traditional about what is 'real' pizza, or Neapolitan Pizza. For our intents and purposes, pizza can be deep dish, thin crust, square, stuffed-crust. At the very least, a pizza is not enclosed (not Stromboli or calzone), and a bread/dough with some sort of toppings and sauce on top.

At my Detroit-style pizza shop, I’ve been playing around with smash burgers. Suddenly, I had an idea. An awful idea. An awfully wonderful idea.
Bacon Detroit slice as the bun for an Oklahoma-style smash burger.
Found some leftover pizza from the 3rd floor of the office building I work at. We get free food once every week and these pizzas were 10+ hours old when I took them. Took 9 slices home with me and had 4 this morning and added kraft singles fat free cheese for more protein. Slices are at 32+ hours old as of this morning and rising. I’ll finish them off by tomorrow evening.
Happy Friday everyone.
Threw some leftover spaghetti sauce and pre shredded mozzarella. Surprisingly decent
Mushrooms, ham, red pepper, red onions, and bbq sauce, with Eat Lean cheese.
