I am the lead guitarist for a new project in the Tempe/Phoenix area. The group is primarily focused on progressive rock/metal (most members heavily influenced by Rush, Dream Theater, Queensrÿche, etc.) and we are looking to write a lot of music. Right now we have two guitar players, a drummer and a vocalist. We range in age from 19-23 and are looking for a bassist in the 18-26 range (still reach out if you’re older than 26 and interested). Band looking for singer

i'm looking for someone to partner with on a musical act, using today's technology to build a full band sound, and i prefer a female vocalist. if you play an instrument, that's even better, bring it along

the goal is to form a band for recording, gigging, and video, that releases original music, with what is basically modern indie rock, with elements of other genre's and music, edm, hip hop, hard rock, pop, americana, etc. the ultimate dream would be to play at Coachella, but i'm realistic and know that isn't happening tomorrow.

i have a strong but relaxed work ethic, looking to practice or work about once a week, i already own all the recording and video equipment.

i'm not looking for someone to join 'my' band, i'm looking for a full and equal partner from day one, who wants to come in with their ideas, sounds, and wants to build a band with fun songs and intentional aesthetic.

phoenix is the 4th biggest city in the country, and there's not a real 'scene' here, but i see that a benefit, meaning someone with a strategy could be THE scene.

I am a student at a local audio production college. I have a recording project coming up, and I'm looking for an artist or band that wants to record.

1 Preproduction meeting

• go over the plan

2. Recording session

• either 6:00 pm - 1:00 am (weekdays) or 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (weekend)

• more specific scheduling detail tbd

• I might have access to a drum kit if you need

• I want to record to analog tape, so hit me up if that sounds interesting

• I am not allowed to pay anyone or be paid for this project

• the recording session must happen between June 3rd-23rd

We are easily described as alt or even classic rock, but there’s no real boundary to what we are wanting/willing to make. We are also wanting to do live shows with some already scheduled. I'm a drummer on the lookout for a new music project! I have a strong interest in collaborating with singer-songwriters, but I'm also open to joining bands. I listen to a wide range of genres, including rock/metal, country, musical theatre, pop, a little rap, emo, etc. I'm eager to play gigs and share some great music, but I'm not aiming to go pro – just want to have fun and make some awesome sounds together. Have a Vox ac30vr that I haven’t use in awhile. Plugged a new guitar in and it sounds like it needs some love.

Every year we bring back MySpace era bands for one night only with proceeds benefiting Rosie’s House- a nonprofit that provides free music education and meals to underprivileged youth. Prior years have included Knights Of The Abyss, Burning The Masses, Darkness Before Dawn, and The Fair & Debonair raising over $5k. I’m play guitar and sing in a couple bands and we’ve been playing shows for a whillleeeeee now. But I’m tired of backyards and side rooms. What are some places you guys know that would be good to have gigs at? I know we don’t have a huge scene here but it’s starting to grow. Anyone tryna do shows together hmu. The idea is simply to feature only Arizona artists, including bands, comedians, film makers, etc.

I literally just started the site so there's just random place holder music, but once it gets going it will be 100% AZ music.
