I am interested in any places nearby (including the rest of Sonoma county) where i could buy bread flour for cheap or in bulk?
Staying in town this weekend for a youth sports tournament and wanted to check out the lighted boat parade. Any recommendations on places to eat that might have a good view? Or viewing spots in general? Should we bring chairs, or is it not that kind of setup? Any recommendations or guidance about visiting Petaluma in general is appreciated. We’ve been to Petaluma a couple of times now for sports events, and we really enjoy the town!
Want Christmas lights but don’t have the time? I’m a local CA certified electrician offering safe and professional Christmas light installation and takedown in Sonoma County, please DM for an estimate, thank you!
Hey guys,
I have a dead 55 inch TV that I'd like to get rid of. Where does one do this? Staples is maxed at 40 inch I believe.
It could be fixed too. I don't want to send it to the dump.
Thank you all
Any recommendations for best dentist in petaluma?
Hi! Does anyone have suggestions of someone who can come take a look at a gas fireplace and figure out why it stopped working? It might be a super simple fix, I’m just not familiar with them at all.
If you have a recommendation, I’d love an estimated cost for someone to come take a look as well.
Thanks!
Any dispensary open today?
Thank you everyone! The park and ride lets you park for free for 72 hours so we did that.
I’m driving up to Petaluma and meeting my brother who will drive us the rest of the way to my dad’s in Mendocino. Any ideas, paid or free? Thank you very much.
It looks all boarded up and the sign is gone. Anyone know if it’s closed down or just being remodeled?
Coming from a place that is simply curious, can anyone explain why the process takes this long?
Hi there, if anyone needs help with some cleanup of any green material after the storm or any hazardous trees you can shoot me a dm. I'm more than happy to help my community.
Drove by late this morning (11/23) and the parking lot was packed as was casa grande rd. For a second I thought it was a school day and I had missed work. Anyone know what was going on?
I'm looking to sweat out my hangovers lol
Anyone have any awesome recommendations for a male client?
Thought I'd share this article from the Argus Courier. I'm an outdoors/nature person myself and think it's great the paper has an outdoors/nature-focused column.

Hey neighbors- I am looking for a therapist or psychiatrist for my 25-year-old daughter who has depression and anxiety probably related to trauma and she's been having trouble even getting out of the house lately. A private practitioner would be OK because we have really struggled to get anything through the medical insurance so I'm willing to pay out-of-pocket. Does anyone know of a good therapist you could recommend? Thank you!
Can anyone recommend a good place to pick up a birthday cake? Specifically carrot cake? Thanks!
Can anyone give me an idea of what rent for a one bedroom looks like in west Petaluma? Dog friendly is a must!
I don’t work for Lagunitas, just a fan. But they are open 7 days a week for the holidays. Kitchen is closed on Monday and Tuesday, but normal Taproom hours. Come on down sometime! Maybe I’ll buy you a beer. 🤘🏻
Hi, are there any places in the area where there are some pick up basketball games going, preferably that are friendly to older dudes (40+)? I go to leghorn occasionally but it feels hit and miss. Thanks!
Moved here last month and have a 1.5 year old. Recommendations of places to eat / fun activities I can bring my toddler to?
So far we’ve found The Barlow which is a hit, is there anything else like that a bit closer? Looking for places to take the toddler where she can run around…and if we’re lucky we can have a beer and food 🙏🏻
Recommendations, please and thank you!
Hey there! I live in the east bay with a dog that’s super scared of fireworks and we have a ton in our neighborhood during on new years. I’d love to get a sense of if Petaluma (in/near town) would have any or many if we were to spend a few nights there to escape, or if that’s probably not a good idea. I figure people are pretty sensitive to fire danger but not sure about how much that’s true in the winter. Thank you!
There is a study session on the overlay proposal on the agenda for the city council meeting this coming Monday 11/18 at 6:30. If you go to the agenda website you can read the information packet and follow instruction to email comment. The candidates who opposed the overlay and hotel garnered the majority of votes in districts 5 and 6 in the most recent election. This was a strong message to this council that they have been out of step with the community in following the recommendations of the developer to fundamentally alter the character (and congestion) of downtown by allowing a 6 story building with 100% lot coverage. Please make your voice known either at the meeting or via email.
