I was in the middle of watching a show on my MacBook Air and after the ads finished, it was playing a black screen with the show's audio. I refreshed, thinking it was just a connection error, but it gave me the same issue when I came back. It does it on both Chrome and Safari, no matter what title I play. I've cleared my cache in Chrome, restarted my computer, and logged in and out of my account multiple times. This has happened to me before in the past but I can't remember how I fixed it. Any insight is welcome!

Hi! I use peacock almost every night as i watch the office to help me sleep lol. I noticed that naturally after 3-4 episodes it will ask “are you still watching?”. While I know this is normal for most streaming services I noticed that when i’m at my boyfriends house watching on his tv (using the same account) that prompt never comes up and will play episodes all night long until you turn it off?? I figured maybe it was the tv settings but I turned off all tv settings that have to do with sleep modes or timers and it still was doing the same. Not a problem but just wondering if anyone else has experienced this or if they know what’s causing it?

It doesn't show any badges for 4K or anything. Just got the black Friday deal and I can't figure this out.

How often will I get ads?

Have been trying to get the codes to work as a monthly user and nothing is working.. lowkey annoying as someone who is currently supporting them that we can't benefit from any of the deals unless I'm mistaken?

I just signed up for the $20 for a year plan. Now there's a box to upgrade to no ads, $6. Can I check that box one month and deselect the next? That would be ideal!

I’m watching this docu-series and it’s very intriguing. I’m about to start episode 4 but I highly recommend it. Very crazy story.

I just joined Peacock during their Black Friday deal, mainly for Premier League coverage since I thought it included all 380 games. But right now, the big game between Liverpool and Manchester City isn’t available to stream on Peacock.

Am I missing something? Does Peacock not cover every match? Is this game exclusive to another platform? Appreciate any clarification—feeling a bit confused here.

Peacock used the announcing team that used to do the Westminster Dog Show on Westminster. This was a major show from Philadelphia. Great for dog lovers.

I signed up for the special thinking I could stream CNBC on the peacock app, and then find out I can't. It's my fault I should have researched better, but I swear when I researched about 6 months ago that it said it did stream. Have they taken it off since then, because of the spinning off? Oh well, at least it was with the special only a dollar a month, someone remind me to cancel in a year :)
