Now to be honest, ive been playing pc1 and pc2 for a long time now but i never got to play pc3. And since there never will be any sales on it i will not pay 70 eyros for it. Does Anyone on Ps have it so i could get it shared?
The servers are literally empty and im starting to get bored of gt7, pc1 is like the only other racing game i got on my ps4 and im looking for ppl to play with :p My username: MultiMarius21
hey so i’ve been playing project cars for a little while and made it to gt b yet im very confused. for some races it says you need a specific car to race it or i cant move to gt a, there’s heaps of these races where you need a fwd or a mclaren or something but im fine with my car and dont have enough money to buy all these other ones to move up so what am i supposed to do?
Just been reading an article on Overtake about rain in iRacing, and one like said "Alternative lines are not even a factor one must consider on other sims, with iRacing replicating very true to life the typical dry racing line not being optimal in the rain." And it made me think, Project Cars 2 claims to have realistic rain, and while I agree the kerbs get slippery I've never really picked up on the rubbered in line being slippy, despite the marketing materials for the engine. I have found that changing lines in corners is needed, early braking, gentle acceleration, earlier apex sometimes etc but this is more about speed and grip in the rain than the rubber being slippy. What's other people's experience of this, have you found going offline in the rain provides more grip than the traditional line, how does it compare to rain in iRacing?
I never played Project Cars a day in my life only Forza but I got tired of the shitty AI.
I started off with PC3 but man the UI and Graphics just horrible, like I thought I was playing Asphalt 8 on PC for a second but once I said screw that and tried PC2 it’s like a upgrade but that makes no sense.
wtf happened here
I’ve been playing Pcars2 on my laptop for a while now, and I keep on running into this issue. Whenever I’m running a quali race, I’ll notice that at some point I just start losing time. Sometimes up to 9 seconds depending on the track length, literally out of nowhere. Anytime know what could be the cause? Cause it’s really messing up my player career😭
Wheel works fine on GT7 but for some reason doesnt pick the wheel up for project cars3
Okey ladies and lads, I'm here today to ask about one specific issue I'm facing, with mostly the historic tc2 cars, especially the Ford escort. The issue seems to be that with a 50/50 chance one of the front wheels, most of the time it's the right , but on some occasions the left one, seemingly "Spasm" out if I go into detail view, the specific wheel seems to always try to turn left right at random, all the time making the car highly unstable and always veering off ,in the direction that specific wheel seems to have the issue of not staying centred. I've checked my controller through dead zone should cover the minimal drift, that the Xbox controller has (which is 0.00015 according to hardware tester) by the hundreds. Also it just affects the class of tc2 historic.... Anything I can do about it ?
I installed PC1 on my PS5 today after not having played it in years and found some of the cars just gone. No Ford Fusion stock car, no IndyCar, no Ford Falcon Supercar and no Audi Quattro trans am car, from what I noticed. Might be more. I know the game (along with PC2) was delisted for expiring licenses, but they really took cars away? I think I even paid for the Quattro, too.
I'm new to the genre and Project CARS 2 career mode has been my main way to experience sim racing. I just recently had my "I think I get it!" moment and understand the appeal.
I even felt compelled to upload a video about it.
So I picked up Project cars 2 a while ago and I have to say I’ve fallen absolutely in love. I’ve recently tried to take sim racing a bit more seriously, since I’m coming from an arcade/simcade racing background.
I always see the setup but even after reading the prompts off on the side for the settings, it’s hard to tell/feel what effect they have(maybe because I use a controller)
So is there any way I could properly understand the setup settings? Any media/resources you can recommend would be very helpful, thanks.
Any playstation leagues for pc2? Im searching some pc2 leagues to join, please if you know some that i can join i play in playstation
I swear my quali pace is the worst, and then come race day I'm the fastest car on the field.
I've been waiting for a sale on PC3 deluxe edition but it has remained for 100 USD for like the past 2 years, will it ever get a sale again or it will just sit at 100?
I want to play the old game on my PC and i don't have a disk drive and would like to have it in my steam library. What's rhe safest and most legal way to get the full game and possibly all DLC?
I'm on PC2, forgot to add it to the title.
Does anyone else feel like the AI are running world record times during qualifying but drive like rookies during races?
I'm hovering the difficulty around 95-110 and aggression on 100. For reference I'm doing the Clio Cup, I found a setup on youtube that unfucks the lift off oversteer and whatnot. It makes the car much more stable and predictable than default.
But this has occurred in the previous two series I did in Formula Rookie and Ginetta GT5 - I'm always about 2 seconds or more behind pole in practice and quali (usually gets worse in quali), but come the race, I usually jump a couple of cars at the start and I'm in the lead maybe a lap or two later. All relatively clean racing too.
I'm on a controller which prevents that super fine precision that a wheel offers, so I'm fine working on a slightly lower difficulty just to accomodate me using a controller. But I'm sick of fighting for my fuckin' life in quali, and then I pull Verstappen sized gaps by the race end, anywhere from 3 to 10 seconds. I get the AI isn't perfect, but is there much I can do other than fine tune the AI difficulty for qualifying and jack it up high for the race?
It would be for offline play primarily.
The biggest problem I saw with PC2 is that the AI is inconsistent between categories. Also when it rains (which seems to happen more than half the time when it gets random) the AI goes on rails and it doesn't affect it as much since they seem to turn better in the corners.
I love that diversity of cars. The trajectory mode. The graphics. That amount of tracks...
