We play fast and loose with the definition of parasnailing here, anything an AQUATIC gastropod does that resembles flying/floating works just fine!!

On a side note, this fella still needs a name if anyone has any suggestions
One of the aquatic snails in our fish tank at work was floating around on a shrimp. Has he discovered a new snail sport?
I was trying to look inside milk’s shell from the right side to determine if he was a boy or girl. But I ended up taking a cool video of milk gathering air in his siphon then parasnailing down and ending up right next to yellow. So cute. Anyway does this video show if milk is a boy or girl? I’m trying to look for it’s potential penis sheath but I’m not sure what I’m looking at
Leaf to leaf glide 🤙
She's ben jetting slowly around the aquarium all moning.
I was shuffling some things around in my tank and specifically put my two big mystery snails together so I wouldn’t lose them. I finished moving everything and found that one of my snails moved and is now gone. I thought I buried him in the gravel so I been digging around but still can’t find him. It’s only a 10 gallon tank too so I’m thinking he might be under gravel somewhere. Can he still get out if I did bury him? I’m worried he’ll suffocate!
I guess my mystery snail finally feels comfortable in his tank because he’s been parasnailing all over the place recently. We got him around July of 2023. I’m sure this has been answered here before but why do they do this?
I thought she was too heavy for it…..
I heard a weird noise and was wondering what it was
Couldnt catch his second launch but I love how he holds the air in his shell to float.
Sorry for the photo quality! I found a snail hitching a ride on another snail and I live for reddit puns. So, please make me laugh today. I need it.
