I got Papa John's delivery and I finally noticed that my food was here but I didn't get a text or anything and the website still says my pizza is on the way. I'm not sure if I should call the store to let them know I got my pizza and they forgot to say something or what.

This is my third time working for PJ's (I move a lot) and each franchise I work for gets shadier than the next. This "company" is structured like ass.

I'm trying to get into my HR Alliance My Pay app and not having any luck. I've called the HR Alliance number and they were rude as hell and said that someone would have to call back. Not holding my breath on that one.

I sat down with my DO for about a half hour today and he wasn't able to get me in either.

I got temporary login info in the onboarding email and none of my passwords or usernames work. "Forgot Username/Password" never sends an email for recovery. My DO could see my account info on his side but when I went to enter that info in, it still comes back invalid. He reset my password in front of my eyes - nothing. He then said "hold on let me call 'them'" and came back saying they sent me an email - nothing.

I know it's a long shot cause PJ's is a nightmare to work for but if anyone has any actual advice, I'd appreciate it.

I have my next slice interview to become MD in two weeks, any advice or random pieces of knowledge I should know before going into this interview?

Friends in San Antonio, I need you all to help me by boycotting my Employer, Papa Johns Pizza. Over and over again, upper management has proven that they do not care about their queer, disabled, or any employees that require even the smallest accomodation. They have over the last couple week alienated their employees. They have refused to respect their workers. They have refused to respect the people of this city. They put profit over the worker. Their disregard for saftey hurts the worker, and the customer. This cannot stand. This will not stand.

If you are not from San Antonio or even Texas, I implore you to help us in this war against the oppression of decrepit managment. I ask that you join in solidarity, and make it known to your local franchise that these conditions will not stand. I will not fault you if you cannot.

Last few orders have all been delivery with a few issues. Something generally small. Forgotten extra sauce or forgotten drink. Forgot to cut the brownie. Etc. and taste seems to be Lower idk how but it is. Where is the once great papa John’s?
Also with compulsory DoorDash and no drivers, it’s hit or miss if DoorDash fixes it….. they just say call the store and the store says no drivers and that no other doordasher is gonna pickup one drink. Idk.

Has anyone researched the macros of Papa John's garlic dipping sauce? It claims to have 21 grams of protein, however I find that hard to believe on account of the fact that it's mainly made of soybean oil. Does anyone have the specific macros, and if so, is that correct? I just can't believe that it's healthy or has good macros in any sense.

Im trying to find a file or video in pizza academy that helped me set up a new computer point of sale, we recently got another new pos computer and I wanted to hook it up. Last time we got one I hooked it up and I had a file or video I used from pizza academy but can't seem to find it. Context I don’t work at papa John’s but we do dock our pizzas and I have some questions you guys working at papa John’s. I see you guys docking in like 2 second and I don’t get how!!!

For me I’m very experience to making pizza fast with stretching etcn. But the docking with our docker takes 10-12 seconds for me! That is an image of the exact docker. And even for my boss it takes him roughly 8-10 seconds docking. And with our slap outs taking 5 seconds. It feels like the docking for me could be holding me back and sometimes we still get bubbles?

And why do you guys hold it upside down? I never understood why is it faster that way or more efficient? These r just genuine questions I want to know so I can get better. I feel like making pizzas could be 10x easier literally if I just can dock as fast as doughtoli and other people at papa John’s but I just don’t get why I’m doing wrong. I genuinely want to know and if it’s possible to get the exact papa John’s docker if at that point it’s just a more effective tool and learn your guys docking techniques because I still cannot understand docking in less than 5 seconds I truly want to learn this.

Just wondering if this has ever happened to anyone else. I have a customer who religiously almost every time he orders calls back and tries to say something is wrong with his food. Well, tonight it happened again. I very nicely told him I can give him a credit for this order but going forward I can't give him anymore free food. And upon hearing that the dude just went absolutely belligerent. Like actually insane. Screaming at me, threatening to come up to the store. Mind you I'm very obviously a young girl. I just wanna know if this happens at other locations. I can not understand how people get so mad over pizza.

Hi all. I try to tip my pizza delivery drivers well, and I get the 'let us make it right' free pizza coupons fairly regularly, probably once a month or so even though the service has always been fine. Is it because I tip well, or just a coincidence? Either way, not complaining!

I wanted to pick up an order of cheese bread and neither the app nor the answering service would let me place an order for carryout because it was under 8.99 minimum.

Is this a per-store thing? Why does this exist? I've been placing this order for years.
