We are spending a week (November 5 - 13) in South Florida. My paternal grandmother lives in Boynton Beach. I enjoy eating out at restaurants. What is one restaurant that is worth eating out? I don't mind Italian, Deli, Seafood, Chinese or Mexican.
Preferably Boynton Beach or Delray Beach. Thanks!
IMPORTANT EDIT: This is the Target on Palm Beach Lakes Blvd in West Palm, NOT Northlake like the title says (title cannot be edited)
Happy November, neighbors!
Join me and others tomorrow for a rally for Yes on 4, candidates who support reproductive rights, and to turn out the vote in front of the Target on Palm Beach Lakes Blvd.
Show up with signs and your voices on the last day of early voting. This election will determine reproductive rights here in Florida and the future of all of our rights around the country. We must come together and inspire others to show up at the polls!
NOTE: I will immediately block any users who harass me with hate in response to this post. Peace to all.
Considered an Airbnb for my bachelorette but I feel like a hotel would work better for proximity to the beach. Suggestions on good hotels that could accommodate 5 people in a suite?
Hi there, I’m a semi snow-bird. I’m working remotely and living up north. I have one day off and I’m flying in to vote. I have to work the next day, so I’m trying to avoid spending the night.
I’m just wondering how long the wait times have been like? I’ve voted in 3 elections and both times I voted like the first couple days of early voting opening. The wait times were abysmal. I also previously voted in north palm, and this time I’m shooting to vote in west palm.
I know experiences are gonna vary and that’s why I’m looking for a general average. I’m prepared to stay all day, but I’m trying to look at return flights home. I’m not sure if 2-3 hours is realistic or if I should look at 5+
Thank you, just trying to do my patriotic duty 🇺🇸✨
I’m interested to know what your best Eats are in West Palm Beach! What do you think is the best Pizza Spot Taco Spot Latin Spot Sushi Spot BBQ Spot Chinese Takeout Spot Burger Spot Dessert Spot Cheap Spot Boujee Spot
What restaurants do you go to for the experience or ambiance?
Me and some buddies are playing a casual game of softball in Jupiter. We have around 8 people are are trying to get a few more reply to this to get my contact info. We plan on playing around 6-7pm tonight at tequesta park.
Hey all, just moved to gardens, 25y male dentist, looking to meet new people and trying to find some to golf with. Any suggestions to go about this?
I have a daughter who is going into kindergarten next year and all the schools we’re zoned for are not good. My mother owns a house and she is zoned for much better schools. Should I risk putting a bill or two in my name and applying to send my kid to that school? Am I being foolish?
Recently quit drinking and need some ideas of things to do to have fun in the area!!
Hello I’m a young adult female student looking for a room to rent in the Jupiter area! I’m pretty quiet, clean, keep to myself, do schoolwork and play video games. I have a lot of savings to supplement me while I’m in school as I worked a lot when I was younger. I don’t drink or smoke. I’m escaping a toxic environment and just trying to find a safe place to stay and store my belongings. I hope this is OK to post here! Just shoot me a DM if you have a room or know someone who might! TIA
Any sushi places you’d recommend? I’ve been looking for a place that sells fresh high quality fish, specifically been looking for chutoro.
Ones that'd offer many AP courses and have decent SAT scores, and also having a good motivated (but not cutthroat) student body.
Please tell me I’m not alone in this but we haven’t had internet since the tornado and they won’t be out until the 26th the latest for rewiring. I have a different cell service and it’s frustrating getting anything to load due to poor cell reception.
Anyone know the well water and soil is safe out in the Acreage/Lox? When I grew up in the 2000s there was always the talk of the cancer clusters out there. I know the lawsuits and what the courts determined. I’m trying to see what residents do if they take any special precautions. I am not unopposed to installing reverse osmosis system. I’m more concerned with uptake into animals and plants that I might consume.
In a couple years, my family will be looking for a home with a little bit of property so we can do things like, raise chickens and fruiting trees, and light homesteading; similar to Jupiter Farms, but not as expensive.
Thanks!
Pls recommend a trusted exotic pet sitter for my rabbit. He’s neutered and has all the supplies necessary.

Trying to find info on floor repair and refinishers in the Lake Worth area. House is 1930’s cottage with mostly hardwood without any underlayment. Boards warping in some sections, heavy wear in others. Just trying to find some options and keep our dollars local.
Are there any pumpkin patches or fall festival events going on this weekend?
Hey, I plan on hosting a concert-esque event for 20ish people, will last 3 hours, but some sort of stage is required for it. I've looked into the Countess de Hoernle theater and some other private spaces in the county, but was wondering if anyone had recommendations or ideas? We do plan on having it professionally recorded, and this would be mid December. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Looking for something that doesn't break the bank for us!
Hey Palm Beach community! I wanted to share some important info about a groundbreaking clinical trial happening right now at the Flourish Research Institute that could really change the future of heart disease prevention.
The TRANSFORM Trial is currently looking to enroll 7,500 patients who have pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes, or metabolic syndrome but don’t yet show symptoms of heart disease. This trial is a big deal because it’s aiming to show that a personalized health strategy might be better than the usual care we’ve all heard about, which is based on traditional risk factors.
Here’s why this matters:
💡 The trial focuses on the primary prevention of cardiovascular events—basically, stopping heart problems before they happen.
💡 Instead of treating everyone the same way, TRANSFORM will test whether customized care can help people reduce their risk of heart disease better than the one-size-fits-all approach based on cholesterol or blood pressure alone.
This could be a game-changer for folks in our community who have pre-diabetes, diabetes, or metabolic syndrome and want to take control of their heart health before it becomes a bigger problem.
If you or someone you know nearby fits the criteria, this could be a great opportunity to not only participate in cutting-edge research but potentially benefit from a more tailored approach to preventing heart disease.
For more info on how to participate or if you’re just curious, feel free to comment below, and I’ll share details! Here is our website for more details: https://transformtrial.org/
Let’s take charge of our health ❤️
Hello All,
Can you share with me any restaurants in or around Palm Beach or WPB that offer Thanksgiving dinner service? Thank you!
I work in wpb area and have to commute almost 100 miles every day round trip. Cost of living is obviously insane in in PBC, and Riviera Beach seems like the only city where I can afford to buy something. I also realize that there is a reason riviera beach is cheaper than other areas.
What parts of riviera beach are absolute no-gos? Which parts are halfway decent? Singer Island doesn’t count.
Im a 32m white person but im not nervous about being the minority in the neighborhood. I just would like to minimize my chances of being the victim of a property crime or worse.
Hi folks, I’m (M29) considering renting out one of the guest rooms in my house in Royal Palm Beach, things are just dang expensive. Feel like I’ve got a decent situation for someone and house comes with a pool. Does anyone have experience doing something like this and have any advice? I have some people telling me to look at AirBnb room rentals, others advising to look for a month-to-month roommate. Bit apprehensive about an actual roommate situation now that I’m older but some extra money would help a bunch. Thanks in advance!
