My max pushups currently is 10 and I can't seem to complete day 3 without completely failing so I've just been repeating week 2 but haven't made much progress. Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated.
Started with 20 push ups in the test.
That means I start in column 3 in week 1.
I did the test with 20, waited thinking whether to start immediately or tomorrow.
Then I thought might as well see how far I can make it.
Did 10/12/7/7/9. With the last ones, I more or less did 7 and added 2 bad ones forcing myself to get to 9.
Let's see how week 1 day 2 goes!
I was wondering what apps or what program people are using for the 100 pushups
Tuesday 3rd Jan, starting at week three but will try to do it properly.
12/17/13/13/34 (which is double the minimum)
99 in total with sixty seconds between.
Getting back into it.
Tuesday morning. 45 second breaks.
18/18/20/20/17/17/20/25.
20 under for 155.
So I learned about the hundred push up program a few days back after reading about how the original sub was nuked. I've got little muscle definition so thought I'd give it a try.
My initial test was 11, which meant I started Week 1 in column 2!
6/6/4/4/5+. I managed 8 in the five plus, but boy was I glad of the minute breaks.
I like the fact that it doesn't take fancy equipment or anything, so it's really easy to fit in with everything else.
