Found out I won’t be able to go to the Georgia game so if you’re a student and need a ticket private message me
best clubs on campus to join.
What address to I send transcripts to for undergrad admissions? I can’t use parchment because my school isn’t connected to it so I need to give them an address.
Edit: I have googled but there isn’t a clear answer on what address. I tried 145 Martindale University, Oxford MS, but usps said it was invalid
African American OOS student with a 2.5 gpa and a 23 act, had a bad 3 years of high school and dropped out in my junior year until a recent event motivated me. Hoping to get my gpa up to atleast a 2.8-2.9 by the time I apply in January. Wanting to major in cs and I’m just trying to find a college that will accept me. Before you say it yes I know CC would be a good option but I simply don’t want that unless I absolutely have too
i got a hold on my account and the bursar’s office said i have to pay my balance fully for them to lift it
My brother, cousin, and I will be heading to Oxford to see Ole Miss play Georgia. Any recommendations on how to tailgate at The Grove? We will not know anyone but excited to go and check it out. Thanks!
International or domestic students welcome, if you're interested DM me, thanks
Is it me or everyone else is having their rougest semester? Why do i feel like ole miss is getting rough on academics everyday? Most people i know are on the edge of losing their scholarship or aid including me?
So, I'm a prospective student for the 2025-2026 school year. I was going through the form to see everything and filled in some fields (the e-signature fields) as 'test' so I could continue, but now it's not letting me change them. Is there any way to change them or restart the form?! I desperately need help. Thank you.
Sorry there's no Oxford locals sub.
Does anyone know where I could find a voter guide for Lafayette county/Oxford? I have no idea who these school board people are and election commissioners.
what’s going on this Thursday?
On the ole miss website it claims out of state students with below a 3.2 gpa are strongly recommended to submit act/sat scores. My sons highest SAT score is a 930 with below a 3.2 gpa a 930 is not a very good score and he is applying to ole miss before November first. He is taking the SAT again this saturday but is worried ole miss may get back to him before he gets his score back. He is wondering with his mediocre SAT score if he should send his 930 with below a 3.2 gpa as stated on their website and then send the one from November if Ole Miss has not gotten back to him yet if it’s better. Thoughts?
Hey y’all,
Coming into Oxford for the UGA game. Looking forward to it as my wife has never been and it’s been almost 20 years since I was there.
It looks like the visitor sections are S, S1, and K? From clicking around through some older posts, it sounds like those seats leave a lot to be desired from a view/enjoyment standpoint.
Would I be better off splurging to get more towards to middle of the field and stick behind the visitor sideline? Is that common from away team visitors? I want better seats but don’t really want to be in the midst of a bunch of Rebel fans as an SEC foe.
Thanks!
My husband and I are coming to Oxford for the Georgia game. I went to OM-class of 2010 and haven’t been back since. How has Oxford changed? Anything super notable? Mind you, when I was a freshman, undergrad population was about 13k and there were about 3.5k in my freshman class. I’m definitely expecting wayyyyy more people, but what else can I expect to be surprised by? I’m so excited!
Will they actually come get people out of your room if you don’t check them out before 12am
Hey Yall, im a comedian coming to town on tour next Monday 11/4 on short notice and I was wondering how do yall find out about local concerts and shows in the area? I was wondering if there were any local blogs, Instagram pages, arts papers, or events calanders folks look to to find out about shows or any way i could get the word out to locals. Any info is appreciated!
thanks!
Hey! I'm an international student considering applying to Ole Miss. My school doesn't report GPA, but after conversion, it should be close to a 4.0, and my SAT score is 1570. Would I be eligible for the Academic or Stamps scholarships (I know it's very competitive) and would the academic scholarships be available for Spring applicants? The Stamps scholarship is listed on the Non-resident scholarship site, but I'm not sure if it applies to international students. Any info on this would be really appreciated. Thank you!
We're driving down for the basketball game tomorrow. Is there anywhere I can park for free an hour before the game starts? thanks
Hey yall,
I’m a new grad student at OM and I’m going to the Oklahoma game. I’ll be in the student section, but I come from a small school with nothing like this, so I’m feeling lost on what to do.
A couple of things I could really use advice on:
Any tips or insights would be appreciated. Also any other advice about stuff I haven't directly asked about is appreciated. Thanks in advance
Are any of the buildings unlocked on gameday so I can access a changing station in a restroom?
Showed up last night. Any insiders have more on this?
Selling Oklahoma student ticket for 50. Please message if interested
Me and a couple friends are coming for the game what is there to do for 3 25 year olds after the game? Any good clubs etc
I have an OU student ticket for sale. I’d prefer $85 but I’m willing to negotiate. Just trying to get rid of it at this point.
anyone know a super chill writ 102 professor that grades easily.
Hey! I’m looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom place to live next year that isn’t crazy expensive. I’m looking to pay under 1600 a month. Someone let me know if you recommend anywhere in Oxford, thanks!
Wondering cause every university is different seems like they possibly review by one and release those who are already decided the same day?
