Question about speed of Varnish drying

I’m getting ready for my first art show at the beginning of June and would like to varnish some of my oil paintings but don’t know if they will be done by then. I’ve heard gamvar dries quickly but not sure how quick? Any more experienced painters have any advice? Thank you!
