Ticket help for DC United Away

Hello!

A City fan from overseas (UK) here. I shall be coming over to the US in September, and am thinking of catching two games. I'm thinking of the home game against Nashville on the 21st and the away game against DC United on the 14th. Over here, home and away fans are always segregated. Is this the same for DC United if anyone knows, or can I sit anywhere in the ground?

Already got my jersey ready for my trip 😁 Thanks in Advance.

Will the Atlético Mineiro match tomorrow be streamed anywhere?

The team schedule doesn’t show anything, but has Apple TV for the Miami preseason game.

R/OCLions Message regarding the use X ( Formally Known as Twitter)

A Message to r/OCLions: Thank You and Important Updates

First and foremost, we want to express our deepest gratitude to everyone who participated in the recent discussion, voted, and reached out to share your thoughts. Your voices were heard; we want to acknowledge the time and effort you took to contribute to this community's direction. As moderators, we took every viewpoint into account and carefully weighed the options. Decisions like this are not made lightly, they stem from our desire to maintain the integrity and inclusivity of r/OCLions.

We understand that X.com (formerly Twitter) is a prominent source of information regarding Orlando City SC. Many members rely on it for updates, transfer rumors, and club-related announcements. However, in light of recent events and actions taken by the Chairman of X,we have deliberated and decided on the following policy changes for this subreddit moving forward:

New Rules Regarding X.com

Direct Links to X.com Are Permanently Banned Effective immediately, posts containing direct links to X.com will no longer be permitted on r/OCLions. This measure ensures that our subreddit prioritizes credible and accessible sources without amplifying platforms that go against the values of our community.

Use of Screenshots Will Be Restricted Screenshots of posts from X.com will only be allowed under very specific circumstances. If and only if, no alternative source is available (such as Bluesky, Orlandocitysc.com, other official club platforms, or high-tier journalists) then screenshots of relevant X content may be shared. However, these cases should be rare. We strongly encourage members to prioritize and share information from more reliable, widely available, and inclusive platforms.

This Rule Is Permanent This is not a temporary measure or a reactionary decision. Moving forward, this will be a permanent rule for the subreddit. We are committed to maintaining this policy to ensure the best possible experience for all members of the community.

Non-negotiable: Politics Are Off Limits

We cannot stress this enough: politics will not be tolerated on r/OCLions. This subreddit exists as a space for passionate and healthy discussions about Orlando City SC. The focus here is for our club-its players, performances, and everything related to the beautiful game. Introducing political discourse detracts from the purpose of this community and will not be entertained.

What This Means for the Community

Our goal is simple: to cultivate an environment where fans can connect, engage, and celebrate Orlando City SC without unnecessary distractions or conflicts. By implementing these changes, we aim to ensure that discussions remain focused on the club and are built on credible, accessible, and inclusive information sources.

There are a few active posts, such as the transfer thread, that will still have links to X. The Mod team will try to switch these over if able but due to the complexity of the post may still have links to the site. Moving forward, we will avoid using links from X with our megathreads/announcement threads.

We recognize that these updates might bring questions or concerns. We are here to address them. If you have any doubts, feel free to message the moderator team directly. We are happy to clarify anything and appreciate your cooperation as we navigate these changes together.

Thank you for your understanding and ongoing support in making r/OCLions a vibrant and welcoming space for all fans. Together, we will continue to uphold the spirit of our club and community.

Vamos Orlando!

[Bogert] "Sources: Cesar Araujo to stay at Orlando City. Nacional tried to sign him this winter but plan is for Araujo to stay. One year left on his contract and Orlando will still work on a new contract but know the team is better if he stays. Prioritizing 2025 over small transfer fee."

Why didn’t Duncan get called up?

I thought he was going to be our next forward. With this type of team it would have been nice for him to get playing time.
