Dagur and his partner posted to Instagram a picture of sonogram of the child they're having together. I didn't see anything about it on any official channels, but I thought it was something nice to start the month with after how last month ended.

Dear r/OCLions,
The mod team wanted to write to all of our wonderful subscribers to thank you for an amazing season. This year was quite the rollercoaster in terms of team performance but you all stuck with us and provided some great conversation throughout the year!
To provide a few stats about the season, the sub has grown to a whopping 9.7k subscribers. This past 12 months we have added about a thousand subscribers which is great growth for us. Our views are up 10% and items posted are up 7% to last year. Uniques were up about 200 a month displaying a more engaged sub. Reports from you all about items breaking rules were at an all-time high helping us clean up the sub and make sure it was a safe platform to discuss. All of this points to our sub really trending in the right directions as we hone in on reaching 10K subscribers!
As we do every year, we will have a post to discuss any changes you all would like to see as we go into the new season. Some of the items we attempted to implement this year did not work or broke as we were relying on other sources to help us with it. As we head into next season, we will look to implement those properly. Though that post is coming at a later day, feel free to post suggestions down below so we can start working away at it now. A few things on our radar are: having a consistent pre-match thread 2 days before a match to get the vital information and spark conversation, sidebar photos and information updated weekly, updating some of our older guides (like game day info) to ensure that our fans and away fans have a resource. If you can think of anything else, feel free to let us know!
We also wanted to thank you all for your patience throughout the season as we attempted to work on items or deal with issues as they came up. As some of you know, this isn't a paid arrangement, so we do this out of the love for the club and the idea of having a place for open discussions. So sometimes life gets in the way…but we do our best to stay on top of the big items as they come up. You all have been great in supporting us when that happens. With that being said, we are always looking for those who would like to help us contribute to making the sub an even better place. If you are interested in joining the mod team, shoot us a message and let us know! It's always great to be prepared when it's time to expand (which could be very soon).
Like most of you all, we are die hard Orlando City fans and were devastated to see our season end this past weekend. But as we've had time to reflect, we are happy with how far we went this year and what is to come next season. It also helps that we had this great sub to help us harshen that blow! As we look to next year, we are thrilled with what's to come and cannot wait to talk about it.
Happy Holliday's and Best Wishes,
u/Fladoodler18, u/J_Bone007, u/Reddstarrx, and u/all_ears_over_here
Anyone have one they are willing to part with? I went to the game but was unable to get one the day of.
I attended the match on Saturday and wanted to acknowledge how pleasant the matchday experience was, match aside. Walking around the stadium before and after I never heard a single nasty comment. In fact a few people after the game came up to me and wished us luck in the final. Somebody also gave me their match day poster (and regrettably I was surprised and only got off a meek “thanks”. If this was you, I’m really thankful for that gesture.)
I’ve been to 4-5 RBNY vs Orlando games and really enjoy the stadium/atmosphere at the Lion’s den. One of those was the Open Cup semi which of course OCFC smashed us. Was nice to avenge it kind of… but I’m definitely glad Orlando got a much deserved trophy. In a league where so much of the growth is manufactured and inauthentic, the organic growth of this Orlando club is a very welcome breath of fresh air. Pareja is a very good manager and those of you who stuck with the team in many lean years deserve the success he’s brought.
Once we got healthy and had our two 6s we were probably a top 3 team all year, we grinded out to get the furthest we’ve ever gotten. We outlasted Messi, we have hope for next year. It wasn’t our night, only one team wins the cup each year and it wasn’t us.
It’s sad, but i think it was possibly our best season yet. I’ll be crying in to my Orlando City Invitational Trophy today 🥲
How often do you get to have a mediocre season and still get home-field to the Final? Would have been nice if we took advantage of that.
I can't believe we just blew it at home on a Saturday with a packed house of fans that wanted to see us go to the Cup for the first time. Unbelievable.
Can’t quite make it out, but I think fans were scolded for it?

Hello, your friendly neighborhood mod Reddstarrx here. I'm going to kindly take off my Mod hat for this and speak more directly to you, as a friend/fan/Reddit user like yourself.
Tonight is clearly very important to all of us: the club, the players, and of course, us fans. For us in The Wall, we sing, chant, and dance all 90 minutes and beyond. I'm asking you to do the same while at the stadium. Whether you hate the support groups (which again, you're 100% entitled to) or you like us, love us, or whatever, it doesn't matter. I'm asking that we put viewpoints aside and sing and dance with us to be the 12th man, not just in one section or even in spots around the stadium, but to make the entire stadium be the 12th man. Hell.. You are already the 12th fucking man, so step up even bigger and known.
When the boys enter the stadium tonight for the last time this season, let's give it our all so they can get that extra boost to give it their all.
Today, we're more than just fans of this club. We're a community, and we're about to experience something that none of us have ever witnessed before in our club's history. We're going to walk through this obstacle together in hopes of making that flight to the West Coast to get the goddamn star above our badge that we rightfully deserve.
Friends, this has been a wild season, and I'm pretty sure this stuff isn't great for my health. But damn it, man, this stuff—this is the best sport out there because this stuff is unpredictable, and it's the best thing I've ever gotten to experience in soccer, and I've seen some great stuff overseas.
So, be loud, be brave, be wild, be insane. Let New Jersey know that Orlando runs the East Coast. I haven't drunk a Red Bull in a week, and I'm about to snap.
Vamos Orlando! Fuck everyone else. It's Orlando vs. Everybody Else.
TIME TO SEND THE RED BULLS BACK TO NEW JERSEY!!
the scalpers ran the ticket prices up wayyy too much so unfortunately im not able to afford tickets to see the game live, but does anyone know of any bars doing watch parties in orlando? id still love to watch the game with orlando city fans!
Please sell or look to buy all your tickets for the playoffs in this thread. The mods are not responsible for any moderation of sales so please be careful and use payment methods that’s protect you.

I feel like I’m getting hosed every time I use the self service beer terminals. The attendant has to scan his ID for the discount, which is fine. But am I getting credit for the Lion Nation rewards?
Also, attendant last night wasn’t able to get the discount and instead gave me free Doritos instead.
Anybody else dealing with this crap?
This is our overall record for every ref to have covered at least 10 of our games.
Armando Villarreal was the ref last night and prior to the win, we had our worst record with him as the ref all time (min. 10 games).
Fun fact: despite all the (much deserved) rage towards Ted Unkel, we have never lost any of the 7 games he was the ref for (2 wins, 5 ties, 0 losses).
Why not now?
LFFGGGGGGGGG. STILL SO HYPED!!!
Does anybody have an extra towel that I could buy off of them? I was late getting into the game today and they unfortunately ran out.
