hi i'm trying to not kill masel? i like the idea of remain self conscious for an indeterminate period of time (n years) and until now it has been kind of easy, basically because i was not self aware of this problem, but is like if something says don't think about your breathing, and after that you became afraid of forget breathing while sleeping
