I’m looking for a photographer near Devils Den for a planned April trip. If anyone could point me in the right direction that’d be so helpful. Thank you 👏🏻
Well... my wife and I bought Ben Folds tickets for tomorrow night a long time ago and forgot about them. We can't go now and I will sell them for face value since I have no idea what extra fees etc. that I paid. $160 for both. I haven't sold WAC tickets before but I think I can just "share" them with whoever wants to buy them
Details: show starts at 7:30, Satuday December 14th Balcony row DD seats 314 and 315
Could an NBA team fit in the college basketball triangle(UofA,Little Rock,ASU)?
I recently came across this pain relief cream called Coolease. I don't know what's in it or how it works, although I'm sure that'd be on their website somewhere. Whatever it is though it's worked miracles for me. I destroyed my back working in a warehouse, you really don't feel the consequences of lifting pallets every day in your 20s but it definitely came back to bite me a decade later lol. For anyone who's young and working a labor intensive job I'd highly recommend implementing 2 person lifts for anything slightly heavy so you don't end up like me.
I tried some basic solutions to treat my back pain like regular trips to the chiropractor, stretching and incorporating more lower back exercises into my workouts but none of that had much of an effect. Even when I moved up into an office job my back was still killing even though I was sitting all day. It was actually worse sitting down all day. I felt like I was in my 60s and I wasn't even 35, but applying Coolease every morning and before bed has actually worked wonders for me.
My back barely hurts throughout the day now and I'm even back playing basketball twice a week. This is just a PSA for anyone in the same boat plus a shoutout for a small business that's just starting out. Whatever they're doing it's working, it's probably only a matter of time before it's being sold in big-box stores. I'm eternally grateful that my friend got a job where it's made, if he didn't I probably would've never discovered it.
Here's their website if you want to check them out - https://getcoolease.com
What are the chances this ever materializes? Seems like a lot of announcements and not much action or money spent.

Hi I just got home from college out of state for winter break but still unfortunately have a couple of papers to write :( I would normally go to the library at my college bc I love the cozy vibe and it’s right next to our Starbucks!! I am originally from here and know a few popular coffee places but those are always seemingly loud! I was wondering if anybody knows a cozy place to go w/ coffee near by? Would be much appreciated! <3
Mile marker 67 on I-40 Eastbound side Female kitten 4-6 months old abandoned by her owners . She has living there about a month, the workers reported. Is there anyone that lives nearby the area or commutes that location daily, possibly check in the cat or rehome her?
I Wanted to share for a friend and also I want to know any more information regarding the cat and her status.
We live a few hrs away and didn't want to attempt a rescue without more information or help from others. Thank you and please share.
What fun things are there to do New Years Eve night? Any fun parties?
If anyone is considering working at JBHunt corporate, please don’t. It’s a soul sucking miserable place filled with miserable souls. I wasted 5 years of my life there.
Leadership says they care about “their people” 🙄, but they don’t even know your name or acknowledge you. They’ll cut your bonus to ensure they get one. They’ll have you doing the job of 2 people and not even give you a raise. The sales VP will present to everyone in Gucci shoes flaunting his wealth when most of us are getting paid poverty wages.
They don’t even give a shit about their drivers. They spent $100k on balloons (I know bc I was on the team who helped throw it) for the Million Mile driver appreciation event to recognize drivers who had driven millions of safe miles which can take a decade or more. The drivers’ bonuses were $5-$10k BEFORE TAX depending on how many million miles they drove which can take decades. I thought that was low considering how much of an asset they are. The balloons and image meant more to the company than the actual drivers. That pretty much sums them up as a company.
I had to leave after noticing how miserable people were who had been there for decades. I didn’t want to become one of them.
Anyone else have similar experiences when working there?
I cannot find an ARDOT page for details about the resurfacing of 49 from S Fayetteville to the tunnel. Primarily interested to see if they are going to pave the northbound lane from the tunnel to match the southbound lane. If anyone else knows I would appreciate it. Thanks!
I’m wanting to get a rhinoplasty soon and I’m wondering if I could stay in the area and get it done or will have to go to a bigger city. I don’t want to get a botched nose job lol so if anyone has any recommendations that would be great!! TIA
Hi! I’m new ish in the area and with my job my insurance will finally kick in at the beginning of the year. I’m looking for a primary care physician and dentist in this area so if you guys have any suggestions that would be wonderful! Idk if it makes a difference but I am a F in early 30s and I definitely try to stick to my bi-yearly checkups for both!
Edit: I am going to have bcbs ppo and for dental I pay out of pocket for MetLife ppo
(Sorry, I don’t use reddit a lot~) I work nights, and several of my friends do as well. Most of the time we get to spend together is at night when roommates are trying to sleep, which means any activities we get up to have to be out of the house. Does anyone know of something a small group could get up to late into the night and into the early hours?
Why are the mods of local subreddits such babies? They cry and ban you so they can feel power
Was thinking about Texas de Brazil, but have seen mixed reviews.
Open to Mexican, Asian, or steak. The bigger portions/all you can eat, the better!
Willing to come off top dollar. Anxiety through the roof.
Seems weird to ask but I know it has uses. Compost, mulch, bedding, gardens.
We have a LOT. Maybe 2 dozen trash bags full. I’m trying to brainstorm what to do with it.
Ok, I'm going to make this as short and to the point as possible.
We live in an HOA in NWA. Recently, this HOA has had some new members elected to run things and the first thing they've decided is to hand down a $150 late fee for dues not paid on time (January 1st).
To put in perspective, the HOA membership is $300 per year. Starting February 1st, they will go forward with putting liens on any property not paid.
My question is: Is this excessive (or even legal)?
And, who here can recommend an attorney to look into this?
Several members of our neighborhood HOA are looking into legal consultation as to how to reign in these people or even just completely disband the HOA altogether. And no, it's not about the money. It's the principle.
Always loved this place. Had no idea it was the oldest running restaurant in NWA.
Any suggestions for a weekday Indian buffet I can take a work colleague to this week?
i became spoiled by sweet freedom cheese. since they’ve closed, how do i scratch that itch? where does one get high quality cheese? fromage me.
Good evening everyone I have a few questions for those of you who live in that area:
2, How diverse is that area? I grew up in chicago suburbs and thats one of the things i miss (conway area is not diverse enough in my book)
How friendly and acceptance is for LGBT+ folks? I have a family member that i am constantly worry since people can be ignorant.
Is there decent healthcare in that area?
Also I put down rogers / NW as a reference but if you have suggestions for other towns please. I just need to be somewhat close to the airport when i travel for work.
Thank you for your time and merry Christmas!!!
My husband and I are looking at moving to NWA. We are from a small town rural country area. We want to find places like that. Is that something yall have? We don’t like the fast pace big city life. Where to look for this lovely little places?
