Madison County education system

After years on the road I am getting ready to re-settle in NWA. I would like to build a house on a few acres (shooting for 10). Does anyone commute from Madison County? Specifically I'm wondering how the school system is. I know the schools in Washington and Benton counties are top notch for Arkansas, but is Madison county still a decent school district?

Alternatively, I'd prefer to live on the East side of NWA. Is there anywhere left where you can get land for around $10k an acre?

MASSAGE

I am looking for a female massage therapist in NW Arkansas. I don't care if she works in a parlor or if she is independent. I'm just looking for someone who is good at what they do.

Pickleball in and around Fayetteville

Hey yall, I'm visiting Fayetteville in December for a few weeks and hoping to binge on pickleball. Wondering if yall can help me identify a few pickleball questions.

  1. Which courts have the most competitive open play sessions? Any that regularly have several courts of 4.5+ open play?

  2. Which courts are best to rent for private sessions? Why?

  3. Where is the most popular or most active open play? On which days is there the most action?

Thanks 🥒🤟

Voting in Washington County

If you haven’t voted and you’re in Springdale, there is no line at the American Legion, 200 Spring St. It’s under construction but it’s open and you can get in out quickly. There are even some parking spots just for voters.

Spanish Soccer Bars in the Area?

Hello all,

I am a huge soccer fan primarily of La Liga (Spain's top league) and FC Barcelona . I was wondering if anyone knows of any bars in the area that show these games. I've done some digging and have only found bars that show premier league games. I'd love to find a group of people or a place that enjoys watching FC Barcelona with a good atmosphere. Any pointers are welcome. Thank you in advance.

NWA DR Horton - What’s been your experience with them?

I’m curious if there’s anyone here or that you know of that purchased a home in NWA from DR Horton? What’s been your or their experience? How is the quality of their homes? How are they when it comes to fixing issues?

Looking for RV/Camper

I am in the process of remodeling a home in Fayetteville while living in Little Rock. This will require me to travel back and forth to check on progress. I am hoping to find someone that has an RV, camper, etc. that needs a place to store their "RV". Or maybe someone that would rent their RV to me for a a few months, maybe a year while we work on our house. In exchange, I would use the RV to sleep in when I need to stay overnight. Most trips I make to fayetteville and back in the same day. Just trying to avoid hotel charge every couple of weeks. A long shot maybe, but hoping this is a perfect match for someone in NWA. Send a message if you or some you know are interested.

Things To Do in NW Arkansas for People woth Mobility Issues?

Hey all. I'm new to the area (just moved here a couple months ago). I have family coming to visit in November, and I'm looking for suggestions on things to do to or places to go to show off the area. The only catch is that some family members have a hard time walking around.

I was considering taking them to Crystal Bridges, but I worry that may be too much walking.

Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
