If you had the ability to go back and attend a concert from one of these tours, which would you choose and why?
My first NIN show was in 2008. But I recently watched the pro shot footage of each of these tours and was trying to decide which I’d have rather attended if I had the option. On one hand, I think the chaos of the 94-95 shows would be incredible to experience. But I adore the setlist and the lineup from 99-00. I’d probably go with Fragility but it’s a toss up for me.
I realize some people here may have actually attended both tours so I’d just love to hear stories of your experiences at these shows.
My local record shop has a copy of the Closer to God vinyl. It’s listed at $99.99 which seems to be a decent price (unknown condition) but are there different versions that are perhaps worth less that I need to be aware of? I’m close to pulling the trigger on it but don’t want to get ripped off. Thanks!
I have a brand new copy of TDS IVC [Interscope Vinyl Collective] Edition I’m looking to sell. I’ve read that it’s the same pressing as the Definitive Edition, which I already have, but it comes with a bunch of other cool stuff.
Would anyone be interested?
I used to own this NIN VHS tape around the 2000s, it had concert footage, BTS stuff, and music videos. I cant remember the name of it but the cover was somewhat similar to Downward Spiral from what I can remember and it was released before "The Hand That Feeds". I want to try and find it again, does anyone know anything about this? Big thanks in advance.
I'm just curious to now what other bands you were listening back then, some recommendations maybe, thanks!
I saw it on spotify clicked on, and thought "cool ill buy it later" and closed the tab, but now I cant find the shirt anywhere, can someone give me the link please?
UPDATE: Nevermind, I found it here.
I've been looking everywhere for it. Its my favorite score by TR/AR. Already have the official 12 track release. But theres a version that has like 25+ ish or so tracks that weren't on the OST.
I have a copy sitting right here in my hand. Printed in Phillipines on the insert and on the cassette. But I can find no information of this on NIN Cataloug or Disc cogs.
It has the same number as the Thai version: 7 92346-4, but the casstee has a white sticker with the track names. Not clear like the Thai version. also no box.
Just an insert and the front flap just says NIN not "downward spiral."
The shirt is offered through Spotify but is from NIN.com, i.e it is completely NIN's design.
Top line : 23345 - 24335 = 01010 ??
Second line : Just Spotify stats. 00.001%
Third line : >= 68793 minutes ..
Fourth line : .. or 1,146.55 hours, both of which equal 47.7 days
Bottom line: Just band name
Background text: Its computer code, I can see "OUTPUT:" in some lines.
Description text: SET SACRIFICE _ MINUTES = 60266; - no idea for this, 1004 hours? 41 days?
Maybe it is just meant to be stylised fake Spotify stats, where 60266 minutes is the threshold to be offered the shirt, and 68793 minutes is the time listened in Spotify. But over 40 days seems unrealistic. And NIN is usually quite precise with details on their work - could there be some hint in it?
edit: the URL has a 16 character code unlike other NIN store items. Could just be a Spotify referral thing. a6svtgfxm9zcn87h
Does anyone know where to find multitracks for this song? I've looked everywhere but I can't seem to find anything. It is one of my all time fav NIN sons, findings the MTs would mean the world to me.
Looking for fellow fans/Synth nerds to talk to about patches and such!
Just wondering what you would follow this album with. It sound good on repeat, but I was wondering what you think would sound good next. All the best.
Edit: Either NIN or other artists is appreciated. Except Taylor Swift.
