It is characterised by sparse, atmospheric production and melancholy themes, best exemplified by artist Burial, whose track Night Bus inspired the term. Other artists who fit in with this style include Aphex Twin (sometimes), Schlomo, CFCF, Oneohtrix Point Never, Mount Kimbie, Four Tet, Kode 9, Nicholas Jaar
