I'm unsure if this is an unpopular opinion or not but on things like AOTY I just see people saying stuff like it ruined their discography. Personally I love the album and the whole story of jet and i prefer it to their self titled they released this year for sure.
I had this hoodie quite a few years ago, was definitely my favourite I’ve had, but after a couple house moves it’s gone missing and I can’t find a single reference to it online. Wondering if anyone else has/had it in XL and might want to sell it
Hello, does anyone have a photo of official Neck Deep stickers please? I swear I saw some new ones recently but cant find any photo anymore. Thanks!
Take me with you when you goooooooooo
I've been a huge Neck Deep fan for almost 5 years now, and I own nearly all their albums. I even bought the All Distortions Are Intentional vinyl (even i have nothing to listen vinyl) just to get the signed insert from the band. So when I got tickets to see Sum 41, it wasn’t because I’m a die-hard fan of theirs, but because it was announced as their "last" show in Europe. At the time, there was no info about the opening. Then came the big news: Neck Deep would be the opener. I couldn’t have been more excited, even if it meant traveling 900 km to see the show.
I had a ticket in the golden pit and lined up at the arena around 2 PM, hoping to secure a great spot (and maybe snag a pick or a drumstick). I ended up pretty close but not close enough for that. I had also decided to avoid looking at the setlist beforehand to enjoy the show to the fullest.
Neck Deep gave it their all on stage. Their energy was incredible, and it was beautiful to witness. As expected, I was one of the few people in the crowd who actually knew their songs, screaming the lyrics like crazy and having the time of my life. One of the best moments? During Gold Steps, I was the only one who screamed “Fuck”, and Ben noticed, giving a thumbs-up in my direction.
The only downsides: they didn’t play December, my absolute favorite song, and there was no Neck Deep merch available. Not a single T-shirt or cd ! I checked four merch stands, but they only had Sum 41 items. I would’ve loved to buy something on-site instead of ordering online.
Still, it was an amazing night and such a joy to finally see them live. I really hope i’ll get to see them again soon, but this time as the headliner !
Hello. Anyone knows what time is Neck deep opening for Sum 41 in Madrid this tuesday?
Took it anyway and put a dark spell on it, since then I haven't been the same.
My favourite song atm. The intro is so amazing, love this band. That is all.
its quickly becoming one of my favourite songs ever and I thought I'd ask if they had any songs with a similar vibe
I've been to many concerts but I've never seen so many people crowd surf! I got kicked in the head twice, hard, and one bigger dude crowd surfed to the front where I was standing, fell down, and pinned my neck between the gate and his torso. Security had to lift him off me. Is this normal for neck deep concerts??
As their catalog and popularity continues to increase, at what point do you feel Neck Deep will stop having the pressure to play their hits EVERY night and go full Pearl Jam/Grateful Dead/311/Goose with their Setlist. I’m not saying don’t ever play the hits just maybe one night STFU and Kali Ma then the next Gold Steps and In Bloom.
I recently started using Bandcamp and Nugs and I find myself following certain bands the same way I’d check the score of a professional sports team to see how they did. That would be sick if they uploaded on there especially since they’re so good live. Neck deep is certainly talented enough to randomly rip into I revolve, candour, or parachute different nights. They just have so many hits.
Unless it just totally throws them out of rhythm when they switch the Setlist every day, I feel like it would work really well for a versatile band like Neck Deep.
What are your thoughts on this
hi! i'm seeing neck deep soon for the first time and i've been wondering what the merch is like for their tour with sum 41, but I can't find info anywhere. been putting off buying merch until the show so i can be free of crazy shipping costs heh.
would appreciate it a lot if anyone had a picture, thank you!
As I know they sometimes check this sub, please when you're on your LNOTGY 10 year tour, please play December acoustically, pretty please? I know why the (Again) version was made and released but I really just need the authentic experience of LNOTGY. That is all.
Anybody got a print they can part with? They sold out by the time my friends and I got to the front of the line specifically to get that from out of town and I’m hoping I can surprise my friend with one for Christmas. Some rips on eBay but I’d rather try here first
I love this track!
After I saw your post, I realized I can see you recording in one of my videos of the show!
Don’t want to post it since I see you removed your post. But if you want it, let me know and I’ll send it!
Would love to see more of how your videos came out :)
i have a couple pullover hoodies ive gotten over the years that i wear pretty often, but i prefer zip up hoodies for my everyday wear. was wondering if they'd ever released one that i could track down, my very poor memory says no though
Hello. When did Neck Deep start warming up for Sum 41 in Berlin. 19:30 as stated on the ticket for the show, or before that? Gonna watch em tonight in Hamburg and don’t wanna miss it!
Hi guys, with christmas coming up soon I was wondering if anybody is selling or willing to sell one of the limited run christmas jumpers they did? Looking for a size men's XS or S and would be happy with any of the styles they did, LNOTGY or TPATP
