Hello fellow fans of Mystery Show!
I'm making this post for a very simple reason, well encapsulated by my post's title. I'm on a search for a Mystery Show t-shirt. As big a fan as I am of Starlee and her work, this shirt, if found, would be a gift for someone else. I'd be incredibly grateful if one of you happens to have a lead on the shirt.
So just last week I had MysteryShow in my podcast collection in PocketCasts because I sent it as a recommendation to my wife - who still has it - but for me it’s entirely gone. I also can’t add it again, which makes me think it wasn’t accidental.
Anyone else?
Does anyone know who the Houston chef is exactly and where they work? He was friends with the person whom she was searching for in that episode.
Just got into the show recently. It's great. I love how the stories that Starlee weaves reminds me of the Douglas Adams character Dirk Gently. Dirk believes he can solve any case as long as he follows the cosmic interconnectedness of all things. Cheers and thanks for the podcast.
I am a huge mystery show fan. I've always had a lot of respect for Starlee Kine and her ability to weave a story. The belt buckle episode is probably one of my favorite pieces of radio/podcasting EVER. I recently got my wife to listen to the show and the first one loaded on my device was the 9/11. She listened to it while doing yard work. When she was done I asked her what she thought. She said she thought it was super lame that there was no interview. She even questioned Starlee's journalistic integrity. Am I blinded by my respect for Starlee and her new creative outlet? Was this a really bad story that my rose colored goggles tinted for me? What are your thoughts?
What could this clue mean?
A simple Google search indicates some info about an elective position in New York that has a ceremonial authority. This seems like a solid lead, but I'm having trouble digging any deeper. Help appreciated. :)
But that gives us plenty of time to try to figure out the clue for the next episode:
"Borough President" or maybe "Burro President". Or quite possibly "Burrow President".
Good luck!
