I’m lookin to collab w someone
so basically i really wanna do a song where at some point in the song we start overlapping some, i rly wanna do it w a guy(btw ima girl) so that maybe i could sing a more legato n like smooth line while he raps or does something that is a little faster or the other way around. but i also jus wanna collab w ppl in general, i love seeing people creativity and vision . i haven’t uploaded any songs to the internet yet as i have been changing artist names and styles of music for about a year or two now. i’m finally settled though and happy with where i’m at musically so far. i kinda wanna have a few songs made fully that i want to release before i release anything simply because in the past cycling though songs while promoting on socials tends to keep my viewers a little happier then hearing the same one song. and cuz i want to consistently have music that i can put out while i’m finalizing more and making videos. please hmu if ur tryna collab or do this project idea
From the party days, never recorded it though.

I recently read a blog post about EQ basics, and it was super helpful for understanding the fundamental concepts. It covered topics like frequency ranges, EQ types (like parametric, shelving, and filters), and how to use them to balance tracks in a mix. It got me motivated to dive deeper into mixing, especially EQ!
I love learning by reading, so I'm wondering if anyone here knows of high-quality free resources (blogs, PDFs, courses, etc.) that can help with EQ and mixing fundamentals. Bonus points if they're easy to understand for someone who's not a total beginner but still has a lot to learn.
If you’ve come across something that made things “click” for you, I’d love to hear about it!
Thanks in advance! 😊
