My recent meals!
-ice cream of choice -milk of choice -cereal of choice I used vanilla icecream, cows milk and froot loops. Low on ice cream? Pour milk and cereal into the mostly empty ice cream container. Stir. -This one went CRAZY when my mouth was dry. The milk gets stupid cold and is incredible.
-cooked pasta -Doritos salsa con queso -butter Standard buttered macaroni noodles mixed with Doritos chip dip. Good for when I start craving “tang” and can’t just survive off smelling vinegar. Delicious as fuck. BONUS: I’ve found that adding a bit of hellmans mayo to any cheese + pasta dish upgrades the dish 100%.
-peanut butter -ice cream -baked good Any cookie, square or brownie in my house gets turned into this when I get fucked. Microwave the dessert and some peanut butter. Put ice cream on the hot dessert and drizzle it with the melted peanut butter. Melted peanut butter is a god send.

What gas station chains have the most / best snack choices for the cheapest prices ?
Picked up some organic tomatoes, shredded green leaf, black beans, and fiesta corn on the way back from a long day at work. Combined with grass fed ground beef, cheese, and chips for the perfect evening wind down.
And 6 fish fillets.
What is your favorite Trader Joe’s snack?
Soft boiled egg, chili oil, French onion, Colby jack cheese (I wish I had Mozzerella lol)... Sooo good!!!
So in the past year I’ve started smoking a lot more. I have also gained 50 lbs. I used to be heavy growing up but started to eat healthy and workout and was able to get down to a healthy weight of 195 at 6’3”
Well now I’m 250 and I’m struggling because for the past 4 years I’ve been a healthy weight. I want to start eating healthy again but smoking makes it hard because of the munchies, BUT, smoking has also helped me tremendously with mental health and just being able to relax, but I cannot find a happy middle. I’ve tried having healthy snacks for when munchies hit but it’s hard to want to eat them. Has anyone found a system that still works for them? I really don’t want to have to give it up.
