Hello, everyone!

As you may recall, I called for moderator applications a couple months ago. After reviewing the applications, I welcomed four new mods into the fold a bit over a month ago.

I didn't make a public announcement yet to make sure that they were behaving correctly. Seeing as they are great mods taking care of reports before I get a chance to see them first, I feel comfortable announcing them to the rest of the community.

Please join me in giving a warm welcome and congratulations to u/careless_wishbone_69, u/belincan, u/niwaz14 and u/valcouranchors!

I will remain as a moderator to maintain institutional knowledge and make sure none of the new mods decide to go crazy and attempt a coup, lol, but hopefully with these appointments reports will stop falling through the cracks and we maintain a respectful community of fans of l'Impact.

Bonjour à tous!

Comme vous vous en souvenez peut-être, j’avais lancé un appel à candidatures pour des modérateurs il y a quelques mois. Après avoir examiné les candidatures, j’ai intégré quatre nouveaux mods il y a un peu plus d’un mois.

Je n’avais pas encore fait d’annonce publique pour m’assurer qu’ils se comportaient correctement. Puisqu’ils se révèlent être de super mods, s’occupant des signalements avant même que j’aie le temps de les voir, je suis maintenant à l’aise de les présenter au reste de la communauté.

Joignez-vous à moi pour souhaiter la bienvenue et féliciter u/careless_wishbone_69, u/belincan, u/niwaz14 et u/valcouranchors!

Je resterai en tant que modérateur pour maintenir la connaissance institutionnelle et m’assurer qu’aucun des nouveaux mods ne décide de perdre la tête et de tenter un coup d’État, lol, mais j’espère qu’avec ces nouvelles nominations, les signalements ne passeront plus entre les mailles du filet et que nous continuerons à avoir une communauté respectueuse de fans de l’Impact.

On parle pour parler. Donc avec la fin de saison qui vient de s'amorcer, j'aimerais avoir une idée de la part d'autres fans que moi de ce qu'on fait avec l'effectif sur quelques points :

• On déclenche l'année d'option sur les contrats de quels joueurs?
• On laisse partir quels joueurs?
• Avez-vous des idées de joueurs qui fitterait dans le schéma tactique de Courtois, qui ferait du sens avec le projet d'équipe de la direction et surtout avec son budget?

I will start:
We will be making many moves.

- Wanyama, Lassi, will leave and are no longer in our plans.

- Sosa's loan is up and did not play much at the end of the season.

- Coccaro's internal issues and performance this season = less likely to be back.

- Martinez is our biggest question mark. He has an option for 2025. I would love for him to be back. He found his form and would be nice if he continues next season with Duke & Clark. I feel like based on the past dealings with players, that he will leave but hope Montreal management surprises me.

Had a poster with a bunch of players' autographs following the men's national team practice at Stade Saputo. One player (I think Derek Cornelius) took mine without giving it back, and I never found the poster again. If anyone picked up someone's poster by accident please DM me and let me know :)
