Section 12 ADA row. These are at concourse level, just about midfield. Amazing leg room (actual chairs), with quick access to food/bev/bathroom. Can’t make this match. Please be respectful of nearby seat mates- these are my season tix.
Prefer Venmo. Will transfer directly via seatgeek upon payment.

Previous post explaining why "want-to-buy" requests are being handled this way.
This post has information on the new rule that all posters selling tickets must submit proof of ticket purchase and get the Verified Ticketholder flair.
This post contains the process to obtain Verified Ticketholder flair.
This post has Common Sense Rules to not get scammed. Some of these items are no longer relevant after some rule changes to limit types of posts that can be made.
This post contains the current process for submitting want-to-buy (WTB) posts. Due to an increase in fraud/scammers affecting the sub, users can no longer submit their own WTB post. These are collected via modmail and then posted to a megathread anonymously.

As of 7/5/2022, due to repeated scamming/fraud attempts on users of this subreddit, I am now requiring all posters to have the Verified Ticketholder flair, meaning they have sent demonstrable proof to the mod team (aka me) that they actually hold tickets. This also means, ipso facto, that people who do not have tickets and are looking to make a WTB (want to buy) post can no longer do so.
Multiple people the last two weeks have made want-to-buy posts and been contacted by PM by reddit users with little to no reddit history. The posters have sent money to these people and then been ghosted. So the new trial procedure if you want to make a WTB post will be:
I'm just spitballing here, but this SHOULD prevent anyone on the buying end from sending money to an obvious scammer who has not shown any evidence of possessing tickets.
Your thoughts?
If you are listing tickets on this subreddit, please see HERE to get your flair.
Posts selling tickets that do not yet have this flair are subject to removal by the mod team.
Sorry, but this is one step we can do to help prevent fraud/scamming. This subreddit has been targeted by multiple scam attempts.
This won't fix issues with people asking to buy tickets and being PM'd by scammers. I can't do much to stop that, unless the subreddit as a whole wants to disallow "looking to buy" posts.
edit 7/5/2022 - I have modified Automoderator to remove ALL posts that do not have Verified Ticketholder flair. This means that want-to-buy (WTB) posts will have to go through modmail for now and will be posted anonymously to a stickied thread, sorted by game. This should drastically cut down on scammers abilities to defraud people on this subreddit. I will make a separate post about this.
If you are buying:
If you are selling;
Reminder to everyone: When someone PMs you, these can come from ANYONE on reddit. They are not necessarily members of this subreddit, or /r/minnesotaunited. Moderators cannot see your PMs or chats, so we can't do anything to protect you once your conversation with another party has gone into PMs; the potential transaction becomes entirely separate from this subreddit at that point. The purpose of this subreddit is a service to link up potential buyers and sellers and save the egregious fees that Seatgeek charges. But it is up to YOU to do due diligence and protect yourself from scammers once you are engaged in a conversation in PM or chat outside of this subreddit.
Some new rules are likely to be instituted to further curb scam attempts, but people need to be vigilant and practice some basic common sense when transacting on the internet.
As has been recently discussed in several posts, Seatgeek has removed the ability to process payments for ticket transfers directly within the Seatgeek & MNUFC apps. A number of people have suggested the possibility of the use of flair for buyers & sellers to help introduce some more trust into the transaction process as now people must rely on alternate payment processors. While the use of flair for buyers would be tricky & probably not useful/feasible, I can definitely provide some static seller flair for anyone who wants it, indicating that they have provided mods with proof that they hold the tickets they are offering to sell.
The new flair looks like this.
If you would like the new Verified Ticketholder flair to be added to your reddit username on this sub, please do the following:
[edit 3/19/2022: some people have been having difficulty locating this email - the subject line should be "Your MNUFC invoice has been paid"]
PLUS
to either:

or to /r/mnunitedtixexchange modmail (use imgur links or your preferred image uploader)
Hopefully everyone who is selling (and buying) tickets here finds this to be a useful addition to the subreddit. You can leave your comments and thoughts below for discussion.
