just tryna show of a work in progress build and I wanted to use shaders man
was laying yesterday on iris shaders and everything was fine, 100+ fps and all, now its running terrible and certain shaders just are black while others run terribly with weird fracturing happening. i literally didnt change anything and idk what happened
looks like little white dots in random places
I know nothing about shaders but i'm really good with textures (2d and 3d). But I think I need to start learning shaders cuz I need to create a map that seems like Buckshot roulette/ Lethal company. I wanna make an old game lookin texture but it's not possible with only textures cuz things like lighting cannot be changed, is it possible to do it with shaders? did anyone already do it?
so this white thing shows up sometimes, dunno why.

any help is appreciated
This happens if I turn on shaders while using OrthoCamera, are there any good shaders that work with it?
Very simple. Very Minecraft

Everything is at the lowest settings execpt per pixel calculations. If i disable it everything flickers
im using complementary reimagined right now but i noticed that torches are very very dim compared to torches in my hand and i constantly need to have one in my off hand. is there a setting to change the intensity of placed light sources to make them brighter?
Hey y'all!
I have this weird bug when using Rethinking Voxels where, as you can see, the edges of blocks are completely shadow-y
Anyone have a fix for this?

Apple has deprecated OpenGL to push developers to Metal. Shaders won't do that though, and now it's a bigger problem since more shaders are transitioning to OpenGL versions above 4.1 (the latest available version on macOS), so shaders like the in-development Bliss, Solas, and Rethinking Voxels don’t run at all.
Are there any workarounds for this?
totally not asking for my personal benefit
Im using Stratum 512x and BSL shaders. I have tried different shaders and it still happens. This isn't the only texture pack its done it with as well. It happens with things that are tall and the glitch is where the horizon line is. I have distant horizon on but i tried disabling with no luck. Is there a setting in the shaders that can fix this? any help would be greatly appreciated. Its baffled me for weeks now when it started with a previous texture pack I used (Hardtops Vanillaccurrate 16x)
I love shaders in mega taiga biomes
Does anyone happen to know which shader is being used in this video? https://youtu.be/Y6f389k6rvk
Whenever i break a block in Minecraft with the photon shaderpack on, im pretty sure no particles come out. However, when i switch to Complementary i do see block breaking particles. What should I do
I’m pretty sure this is complementary, but lmk if I’m wrong. If I’m right, how do I set the configs to look like that in the video. I especially want that thick fog everywhere.
Complementary Reimagined + Euphoria Patches on Fabric 1.20.1 I'm trying to configure this duo to run relatively stable on my PC (I'd like at least a stable 60 to 80 FPS) and apparently I messed with something I shouldn't have, which caused this "jaggies" in the grass, I also noticed that my FPS drops when I look at them, does anyone know how I can fix it?
I tried to create a "Infinity room" but with shaders corners look like this do anyone know if its possible to create the illusion if I change a setting on the shader I am not used to modded or shaders on minecraft. Shader pack is called "Complementary Reimagined"
This is how the room looks without shaders there are no corners I dont know which setting causes this but corners are visible with shaders for anyone that doesnt know what a infinity room is its a room filled with fully white maps placed on item frames
I'm absolutely desperate rn because after render dragon all of my texture packs don't work anymore. My phone is Redmi a3 so It has a hard time with those things. And if there's nothing then I guess I just have to adjust to the vanilla one
I love the look of Complementary, but I've just noticed that reflections on water look very bad and distracting when Distant Horizons is enabled and the author won't fix it.
Any other shaders like Complementary I could use? Please don't recommend Bliss.
