I am thinking about buying this pistol because my m9 broke.
So having a massive milsim and radio communcations are important. However when you have a channel not designated for not any platoon unit person and just have it for the platoon leaders was a crap show.
Channel One-Not Availble
Channel 2 not available
Channel 3-N/A
Channel 4- Admin staff
Channel 5 Command Staff
Channel6-8 platoon units.
So getting on the field being on platoon 2 on Chan 7 no one would respond. Channel 6 and 8 were the only one who were on the net. 7 of my friends got together and made our own radio communication without orders.
Channel One-Would be a dispatch channel
Channel 2 and 3 would be a command post and a staging area channel.
Repeater 17 which was turned on in my car was a field-com freq.
I fell back to safe position to establish a dispatch area where our team spawn was it.
We also established a field communications radio so they would relay to me and I would relay back while monitoring the team leader channel and going on the dispatch channel. My friends radios which I brought were Sabers, MT2000’s and a few HT1000 formatted for 16 channels.
The radio my friend had was a dual watch radio, I would have a base station monitoring 4 Freqs at once and another base station that would be only for a dispatch station, and a portable radio that would monitor on the squad I was on.
Anyone who was respawning in, I would tell them where their platoons were at based on their last transmission location. Phase 2 was the same thing.
Greetings friends! i was wondering how i would start a MILSIM facility. How would you get funding and investors to go in with you on it? Thanks again
not fully CAG, not fully DEVGRU
How do your local events handle this? Are real insignia or humanitarian symbols allowed? Do your medics run around with red cross symbols while not actually being real medics?
I ask this because i did the medic training in the german red cross last year and i have a full diagnostic and trauma kit at home now and got myself the TT Medic Backpack (great piece of gear btw).
In the past i encountered a good few people playing as medic and wearing red cross patches on their gear. I'm not talking about a small one on an IFAK but actual red cross patches in different styles. It never came to my mind back then to ask if they were actual trained medics but i honestly doubt it. So if you can't take the red cross symbol serious on such events, how are you supposed to identify someone that has a full set of gear and the knowledge to help in an accident?
I also went through the FAQs on different events in my range and none of them had any rules against military or humanitarian symbolism (except for the typical political, religious or hate stuff of course)
So whats your opinion on this? Also do you have any tips for me on how to approach this?
hey ive got a couple camos i dont think are allowed for rusfor or nato but i wanna ask anyway, are camos like splittertarn and pencott greenzone allowed for a faction other than militia?? I just wanna know whats allowed and whats not
Used to play airsoft, getting back into it since I have some buddies that do milsim.
Curious what airsoft guns could be used as either nato or rusfor?
Iv seen some ar-47s that have potential but would like any additional recommendations or comments/ thoughts on the subject of multi faction guns.
