Up for sale are some medals from North Korea
1: Medal for merit ($30 USD shipped)
Instituted in June 1949 this medal was awarded to civilians and military personnel of the DPRK for meritorious labor service, achievement in developing the economy, culture and the arts. The medal is constructed of silvered copper with a red enamel star. The inscription on the reverse "공로메달" translates to "Medal of Merit".
2: Chollima People's Group ($20 USD shipped)
The Chollima movement, established in the 1950's was a state sponsored movement intended to promote rapid economic development. The movement worked to nationalize industry and agriculture completely and become largely self-sufficient in producing food, clothing, and housing for all of its citizens. It was intended to motivate workers to produce past quotas for the sake of national pride and sufficiency.
The front says: "Chollima People's Group". The reverse translates to: "Chollima People's Group movement province/direct-controlled municipality leadership committee". This indicates this medal was worn by a member of a local neighborhood group leadership committee (responsible for labor mobilization, direct surveillance, street cleaning).
3: Order Of Korean Labor ($35 USD shipped)
Instituted in July 1951, this medal is mainly awarded to the heads of organizations or groups in charge of military support work for efficient and meritorious professional labor. On the front there are Korean characters "로력" set in red enamel, which translates to "Labor". On the reverse are Korean characters "조선로력훈장" which translates to "Korean Labor Medal", and at the bottom "제호" which translates to "number".
hi, I’m interested in purchasing or trading for either a ww1 Australian tunic, ww1 British or Australian infantry hob nail boots, or ww1 British or Australian grey flannel undershirt. Please only serious offers, has to be original and ww1. Doesn’t need to be best condition. Price obviously varies for each item, but i have an original and complete ww1 1918 dated lieutenants uniform with a medal bar I can trade for either the tunic or undershirt if you feel it’s worth it. I’d also trade it for a ww1 slouch hat specifically light horse, if you feel its worthit, raw items are a similar worth. But I have no expectations to be able to find one. Cheers.

The envelope is approximately 4 inches by 9-3/8 inches. The envelope bears a red and black label which promotes the 1939 Nuremberg Party Rally from September 2 through September 11. That party rally never took place due to the outbreak of World War II on September 1 of 1939. The envelope has a German 15 pfenning stamp that was issued in 1935 and which was cancelled with a special postmark which promoted the 1939 Party Rally. The envelope is addressed to Josef Goebbels as the Reich Minster for Propaganda in Berlin. One end of the envelope was sealed with tape bearing the emblem of the Oberkommando der Wehrmacht, the German Military High command. This tape was then “tied” to the envelope with multiple stamps of a unit which used Feldpost number “56509”. A review of online sources has not identified a unit with that Feldpost number as of September of 1939. However, the Feldpost number databases show that particular number as having been used at a later date by an SS-Kriegsberichter-Kompanie of the 1st SS Panzer Division, the Liebstandarte Adolf Hitler. Given the fact that the envelope was addressed to the Reich Propaganda Minister, it seems likely that the Feldpost number was in fact in use by the Liebstandarte Kriegsberichter-Kompanie from the outset of the war.

Putting together some displays for an event, looking for items that have the vintage “been there” look without paying thousands. The few I’ve already acquired are old reproductions from the 70’s. Thanks!
