I’ve tried micro-dosing before but never as disciplined as of late. I made a few capsules that were .1g and found the effect was very effective. Although I haven’t tried higher or lower. I need to make more and have a capsule filler. Wasn’t sure if I should just make 100 of them in the capsule machine or I should continue to experiment with differing doses? What are your experiences with locking in your preferred dose?
Has anyone taken an online microdosing class? If so how was the experience?
For context, I’ve been microdosing myself for about a year and have helped several friends get started. I feel pretty confident in my knowledge, but I don’t have a background in anything related. I’d like to branch out a little but I feel a little nervous giving health advice. Anyone have any thoughts.

Thinking of getting a tincture bottle of Tabernanthe manii (iboga extract) and it seems a bit too good to be true. Maybe the legality is similar to delta 5?
I just started microdosing mushrooms, about 125 mg and I think the microdosing is causing issues with my digestion. Is this typical?
Does anybody microdose on golden teachers but also take ADHD medicine (ritalin specifically)? Any experience? I take a low dose of ritalin daily (20mg) but am interested in starting to microdose and I'd love to hear if anyone has any experience taking these 2 together? Thanks!

Through life and our experiences we develop a set of neural pathways of communication that are relied on for our perspectives of life and self. As they develop, the communication with other parts of the brain becomes more limited. The DMN becomes our mental frame of reference for our lives. But it can become rigid in thought patterns and produce negative thought loops about oneself.
Psychedelics reduce the activity of the DMN and the negative self talk while also increasing communication with other areas of the brain again, sometimes with results somewhat similar to how children see the awe and wonder of the world. This also allows us through the new pathways to develop an Updated DMN over time. I think this is a basic understanding of part of what's going on with microdosing that many times helps us enjoy life more. Sometimes people sense this happening in a few days but for others is could be a couple of months, based on the thousands of reports we see here.
Hi, I wonder what are your experiences with microdosing San Pedro, especially for anxiety (generalized and social anxiety)? Does it help or make it worse?
I've tried MD with shrooms before, but they worsen my anxiety a lot (even with a dose as low as 50mg).

Hi, has anyone ever experimented with mixing two types of mushrooms, such as Golden Teacher and Penis Envy, reduced to powder and put into capsules? I want to make pills for macrodosing and others for microdosing, also mixed with lion's mane mushroom.
I just took 3 capsules 400mg each equals 1.2 grams and got some good rest for a couple hours. My body and mind feels good and focused im just curious as to why? This isnt my first feeling sleepy after taking them. I been microdosing all week.
I want to take my first dose tomorrow cause i have a day off. I read on some random website that I should leave it for a day but i dont have enough time. What should i do ?

Hey everyone. Ive recently started speaking to a Mushroom coach/Counsellor and she advised me microdosing on shrooms wont be as beneficial or wont be beneficial at all whilst I am still on my medications. I have Bipolar type II. My Therapist is extremely open minded and will agree if I want to start this Journey. I am not seeking medical advice, I want to know are there any people on here who microdosis whilst still on their SSRI’s and have noticed a difference or would say it is beneficial to them?
good morning everyone, I've been micro-dosing LSD for a couple of weeks now, I've tried 15 and 20 micrograms, but that makes me a little nervous so maybe I'm overdoing it and plan to try 10 micrograms, in the meantime I'd like to do some macro dosing, I also have mushrooms available. Friday morning I took 20 micrograms of LSD, and then in the evening of the same day I took 90, I expected more effects, maybe the tolerance from microdosing influenced my experience. Today is Monday and I didn't micro-dose on purpose, if I take 150 micrograms this afternoon will it be a waste?

We have a huge problem. Vulnerable people here are being robbed daily by private message offers to sell illegal substances. Simply do not trust private message offers regardless of how good it sounds. These are professional con men and thieves.
A Cautionary Tale: Recently we were informed by one of our users that they had been scammed out of hundreds of dollars by another user purporting to be a vendor. This "vendor" had set up a fake company website to take payment for a product they would then never receive.
If somebody offers to supply controlled substances to you through Reddit then be wary, as this is a very common scam. Try not to fall for vague marketing posts that advertise these products. A legitimate vendor would most likely not need to advertise through Reddit so take it as a red flag.
The private messages that recommend Instagram contacts as sources should be seen as scam attempts. Adjusting your Messages settings to not allow messages from accounts that are less than 30 days old will eliminate most of them.
Best to assume every private message offering illegal drugs is an attempt to separate you from your money.

Typically when I do LSD, I’m doing 2-3x or more than anyone I’m with. I’ve been doing psychedelics nearly 30 years and never have been sensitive to them. In fact, it’s been well over 15 years since mushrooms have affected me at all. Occasionally someone gets brave and decides to put it to the challenge… anyway that’s not the point.
My question is, would I need to do a higher dose than average for a microdose?
I decided to give it a try on Thanksgiving, this last Thursday (anyone not in US), and did a single dose, 200ug. I didn’t have any visuals, unbelieveable clarity, no anxiety or anything noticeable to say I was feeling the ‘LSD’. I had a more positive attitude throughout the day than average (not that I have a negative attitude normally). I was around many people, family, friends and many others and didn’t feel my normal social anxiety that I experience from day to day. My original idea was to do it as to not get tired and pass out as I typically do after dinner to annoy the family and it worked.
Is that what I should be experiencing from a microdose? I’m just unsure as microdosing is a new concept for me, I mean when I started doing psychedelics it was always said for first dose: 1/8th of shrooms or 2 tabs of acid it apparently that isn’t right….
TLDR: with a higher tolerance to LSD should I be taking a higher dose to microdose?

Dosage: 75 mg - 4 to 5 days per week
Right away I suddenly started to care a lot about my health and incorporated as many good habits as I could think of. I enjoy doing them regularly and definitely see the benefits. Still not quite where I would like to be though so want to macrodose soon. Huberman/Tim Welch podcasts have been very helpful. Here's a list of things I've found worth while:
Some products I like: Van man soap, Salt of the Earth deodorant, Just ingredients tooth powder, branch basics detergent, mito red light panel
Incredibly subtle yet powerful dose. I never would have made all these changes without mushrooms. Very strange substance lol. I'd like to try microdosing lsd also. Any feedback/thoughts appreciated
I started 5mg of Abilify about 2 weeks ago. It hasn’t been long and it’s a low dosage. I microdosed psilocybin for 2 days now, stopping Abilify the day before I started.
Am I at all in danger for serotonin syndrome?
Ive been in a much better mood since microdosing, and would like to continue. The bag says each capsule is 100mg, but it’s unclear how much of that is psilocybin mushrooms, as it supposedly has Lions Mane and other plant stuff too.
I was going to do one more day and then take a day off, before continuing. Advice?
I'm new to microdosing and want to try it for many reasons. I've been reading this sub and online, and I'm just a little confused about with cycle to do.
I read this sub recommends the four day straight dosing and three days off, while other things say on and off every other day, or dose one day and then two days off and begin again. I'm confused which one I should do and when I have to stop taking them so I don't build up tolerance, like do I do this for three months then take a month off and then continue?
Also, I bought a scale to accurately measure out but I'm not sure if I should try a powder way or just eat it as it is. Is it true the stems are less potent than the caps? I'd have to figure out a proper way to cut them up if that's true.
I take adderall when I need help functioning and I take spirolactonane every night. As far as I've read, people haven't had too much adverse effects with shrooms + adderall, but I'm not sure if I should only take the adderall when I'm not dosing.

I’ve started MD a week ago to help with my anxiety and depression. Once a week, very light 🍄🟫 often prescribed to elderly people and for worrying people like myself. It supposed to help me to get rid of negative self-talk and calm down a monkey mind. Well, I don’t feel better at all. Quite opposite actually. At nights I experience panic attacks, my insomnia is worsen, those first 2 days I’ve had a severe headache and body weakness, I feel extremely irritable and angry this whole week as well as joint pain all over the body. I don’t think I should continue.. Does it mean it’s not working for me? Please share your experience..
21M in college, autistic with very bad anxiety.
Over the last year, I’ve been trying to improve my life. I’ve made gains, as I eat a Whole Foods seed oil free diet most of the time, run 1-2x per week, do judo, trying to avoid tap water, deleted twitter and try to prioritize time in nature while not drinking alcohol at all. I enjoy cooking healthy at home recipes a lot.
My career aspirations are to be an elementary school teacher.
However, I’ve been hitting a big wall recently. I’m struggling to get through day to day life, feeling a lot more irritable, having very low self confidence, beating up myself over small mistakes, and really struggling to focus. Social life is difficult and I’ve had to cut out going to large events. Finally, I have irrational fears about the world ending. I struggle to sit still
A couple things I want to do soon is to try microdosing, taking creatine, eliminate dairy from my diet, lowering carb intake, fasting more, and trying to work on sitting still. I want to do meditation but struggle to do so because of a hyperactive mind and intrusive thoughts

For those of you who have improved their social anxiety with microdosing, could you explain more about how your mindset has changed?
Does microdosing literally make you feel more confident and take away the physical smyptoms of anxiety? Or does it just help you get out of your head and focus on the outside world so things flow a little easier?
For context I’ve been trying to act more confident lately, hoping that the “fake it til you make it” strategy will work, but this takes a lot of effort.
I’m wondering if the better approach is to stop trying so hard, and allow my subconscious to do all the work.

I've been on venlafaxine ER 175mg and quit seroquel 100mg two weeks ago. I want to start microdosing because I'm very depressed (meds weren't helping), getting off of thc dependence, and cannot stay focused on anything productive for the life of me. I have 9 grams of self-cultivated B+. Should I just wait longer till I'm completely off the venlafaxine? Please and thank you!
I want to start microdosing with shrooms to help with my mental state after ending an abusive relationship, trying to restart life, and deal with anxiety. I've taken shrooms before but that was about 5 or 6 years ago.
Do i do it everyday? Only some days? Any advice? I was planning on using boom chocolate bars if that's of any importance but any tips would be appreciated.
Also just wanted to add that I'm not nervous about tripping or taking shrooms. I was gonna do 1/4th, or just one square of the the bar each time. I'm just not sure if there's a process for microdosing for mental health?
I don’t have a stomach and I think I read that this shouldn’t be an issue and that I could try sublingually but the tablets I bought don’t seem to disintegrate under the tongue. I know I’m rare but does anyone know if stomach acid/stomach is needed for absorption? Thanks!
Took 300mg to help me while writing personal essays. Turned out to be more profound and nostalgic than I intended!
Today especially while writing about past life experiences, especially during my childhood, I'd get very vivid memories and sensory associations with it. It was pretty profound, I started to remember the taste of the school lunch, classroom smells, specific details of memories of childhood field trips I'd long forgotten, classmate interactions, all as though I were in the shoes of my 8 year old self again. It's amazing how memory can become so crystal clear again.
All in all, super grateful, very beautiful.
I came off sertreline in March this year (very very slow taper) after 13 years on it and seemed to have had some delayed withdrawal as things got worse a few months after discontinuing. Since September I have taken truffles small dose a few times but they make me feel very anxious. I also feel like the withdrawal symptoms are amplified - flu like symptoms, headache, aches and pains. Anyone else experience this? I’m wondering if the truffles increase serotonin and then the body feels like it is in withdrawal again as I haven’t taken any for a week? Or is it a serotonin uptake issue? I know the receptors don’t work as well after SSRI use?
