Would this kind of stuff find a home on me_irl or is audio off limits too?

I know this has probably already been spoken about, but why doesn't r/me_irl have anything on the canvas of r/place? I feel like we should put up some sort of doggo or something

When I was born, reddit was a far simpler place.

It was all just creators and lurkers.

But it wasn't for me.

Then came the subreddit of memes.

me_irl and dankness arrived on the scene.

There were creators sitting in Hot for a post with a couple hundred up votes sitting next to reposters at the top of r/all for posting a few dank memes. I mean, work it out, mate. We're in the wrong fucking game.

Memes changed everything.

Always remember that one day this meme monkey-business will be normal.

They won't leave it to people like me when they figure out how many upvotes there are to be made: Not millions, fucking billions.

And avoid like the fucking plague loud, attention-seeking wannabe top posters in it for the glory, to be a face, to be a name on r/all.

As I've browsed me_irl for about a year I've noticed that memes have had shorter and shorter life cycles. What once captivated the community for weeks dwindles to days to perhaps only hours.
