I recently saw that Galata Bistro closed after 15 years, they told patrons it was because the landlord would not renew their rent. There are lots of other locations that have lease available. Pre-pandemic, I was able to drop in at the counter. Now they’re appointment only, and I have to play phone tag for simple questions, and I haven’t been able to find info on how to book an appointment. They’ve also been pretty non-responsive via email.

I'm sure they're all trying there best, mostly asking to figure out the best way to work with their schedule and limitations.

Right now I want to get plans checked and building code nuances confirmed before starting some electrical projects. It should take no more than 30 min of the inspector's time.
