We are planning on moving to Vasara in Menlo Park, but there is no guest parking area dedicated for Vasara residents' guests. I couldn't find street parking nearby, any suggestions on where guests can park? I see some offices with lots nearby, can our guests park in those after office hours?

Hi. I m (29f). Played volleyball For two years in school- and now have gotten back into training- recently took classes at Menlo Park city sports for volleyball, and beginner tennis. I recently saw that Galata Bistro closed after 15 years, they told patrons it was because the landlord would not renew their rent. There are lots of other locations that have lease available. Is there a reason for this trend? I didn't get the impression Galata couldn't pay a higher rent, for example, but maybe they simply refused to sign a new lease at higher price.
