Certains articles disaient de le faire à l’aéroport et d’autres disaient tout l’inverse, certains parlaient de le faire place jemaa el fna et d’autres bien entendu disaient tout l’inverse.

Quels sont les endroits cachés que vous préférez au Maroc ? (En dehors de villes connues) Je cherche des petits villages ou endroits dans la nature, loin du monde.

Je vais arriver par le nord, passer par l'est (Merzouga, Zagora, Ouarzazate..), faire le mont Toubkal et M'goun. Descendre jusqu'à Mirleft et remonter par la côte pour faire un peu de surf.

Un budget prévisionnel de 120 MILLIARDS DE DH a été annoncé et, jusqu'à présent, le fonds spécial a réussi à récolter jusqu'à présent 7,7 MILLIARDS DE DH (ce qui est vraiment formidable et témoigne d'une extraordinaire solidarité du peuple marocain).

Ces 770 millions de dollars ne tiennent pas compte des contributions en nature ou des dons effectués par des particuliers et des retenues sur les salaires des fonctionnaires. Disons donc 230 millions de dollars supplémentaires pour en faire un milliard de dollars, ce qui est aussi une autre merveilleuse preuve de générosité de la part du peuple marocain.

La Croix-Rouge française a lancé une collecte de fonds pour atteindre 100 millions d'euros, disons que d'autres ONG dans le monde parviennent à rassembler 250 millions d'euros supplémentaires (je ne fais que lancer un chiffre ici, et je suis en fait probablement trop optimiste ici),

Admettons que le Maroc reçoive également une aide des institutions internationales (FMI, ONU, Banque mondiale... disons au total 1,5 milliard de dollars) et que les assurances ainsi que les sociétés de réassurance fournissent un bon milliard.

On obtient donc un résultat de : 1 milliard de dollars + 0,250 milliard d'euros + 0,100 milliard d'euros + 1,5 milliard de dollars + 1 milliard de dollars ~ 4 milliards de dollars

Je sais que ce budget de 12 milliards de dollars est réparti sur 5 ans, mais comment les 8 milliards de dollars supplémentaires restant vont-ils être financés ? Et par qui ? Je suppose qu’il s’agit probablement d’une augmentation des impôts.

Nous savons désormais que l'argent servira à reconstruire quelque 50 000 maisons et à loger les gens entre-temps, ainsi qu'à la reconstruction des infrastructures. Mais si quelqu'un peut être plus précis, je suis curieux de connaître la répartition détaillée.

We obtain a result of : $1billion+ €0.250 Billion+€0.100 Billion+$1.5 Billion +$1 Billion ~ $4 Billion

I know that $12 billion budget is over 5 years, but how the additional $8 Billion needed are going to be financed? And by whom? My guess is probably tax raises.

We know now that the money will go to rebuild some 50 000 houses and to accomodate people in the meantime, as well as for infrastructure reconstruction. But if anyone can be more specific I'm curious to know the detailed breakdown.
