Swarm Technology, Anarchy, and Market Obsolescence

I have lately become interested in how we may be able to use artificial swarm intelligence to interconnect anarchist collectives and mutual aid networks around the world, to provide a means by which anarchists around the world may be able to aid and collaborate with one another on a scale wider than their immediate localities.

I believe this may even be helpful in helping anarchists who live in places without much of a local anarchist presence, start mutual aid initiatives without the burden of having to do so alone.

I would love to develop these ideas and undertake such a project with some collaboration. Is there anyone here who is interested? Also, is there anyone here with a specialized background in information science/AI or sufficiently adjacent fields who would like to work with me on this?

(Unfortunately my own labor specialization background in healthcare isn’t particularly helpful for the technical aspects of this.)

Abolishing markets without centralization

How does a decentrally organized society function without its isolated systems recreating market structures between them? A market is inherently an uncoordinated exchange of goods between actors, doesn't that inherently make central planning necessary to abolish markets within a society?
