Just curious what other people would suggest. His school is nut free (life threatening allergy reasons) however homemade options are fine and doable if a recipe is provided. :)
He is also very worried about getting fat despite being underweight and DNA wise shouldn’t worry about that at all (his parents are near 7ft tall and calorie wise needs go eat more). My dietician said 1500-2200 as kids his age need 1200-2000 but his parents are tall. As a teenager she said up to 3500 but for him specifically if it’s taller 4000. That’s teenage boy years though. Those are daily amounts to take into account with at home meals. He does eat breakfast and dinner, his school leftovers are his snacks, and he’s allowed to eat more or request more if he eats a food group. He eats a little of everything but it’s a coparenting arrangement and he’s skinny and I question if I should just let him eat as much as he wants (I’m not his bio parent sort of arrangement without digging into details). TIA :) just trying my best while looking after him, I honestly don’t have experience with kids.
Bread, butter, ham, cheese aka the Parisian. Also natto in the back.
