So what happened to lottocoin?

Why did the price drop to nothing? I'm sitting on 300k+ coin, and it's pretty worthless now ($2.16 or so). What the hell happened to the coin? sad panda.

Lottocoin Dead?

I've been lurking for the past couple of weeks and see no real activity here. Time to declare this crypto dead and move forward.

ONTARIO LOTTERY GAMING (OLG) CORPORATION INTEREST !!!

In Ontario, Canada the OLG is in the process of going online with their gaming/lottery. I decided to email them to promote Lottocoin, specifically directed to the CEO of OLG. Below is the response that I received from them !! Let's get more people emailing them to add lottocoin to their gaming/lottery ticket system !!!!!!! http://www.olg.ca/contact.jsp

Hello John,

Thank you for contacting OLG. It is our practice to respond to customer inquiries from the OLG Support Centre. Be assured your e-mail, as well as this reply, has been shared with the office of our Acting President & CEO.

We appreciate your feedback, and have documented your suggestions about Lottocoins which will be shared with the appropriate areas.

Please note, while OLG does not currently offer online gaming, we are working to develop our Internet Gaming program and will make a formal announcement regarding launch timelines for PlayOLG.ca in 2014. Please watch PlayOLG.ca for more information and updates.

We appreciate your interest, and wish you luck on any future lottery tickets!

Regards,

Cindy Paluzzi Manager, OLG Support Centre

Lottocoin would have been better IMO if....

If Lottocoin was setup with low payouts per block, and only once a week had a giant random super block, like a real lotto, it would have several positive effects IMO.

  1. Increased coin rarity.
  2. Fewer but bigger jackpots would attract the right kind of miners. Right now miners are pool hopping back and forth based on profitability of mining. If this coin was more rare, it would entice miners to mine longer for the "Lotto" effect.

Pump and dump miners are only trading the coins in for other coins right away. This is probably not good for the coin.

A final note: No one's an expert. Certainly not I. Lottocoin could be a success as is, but I think my points are valid. This coin seems to appeal to the instant gratification payouts much too often. A quick look on cryptsy shows this coin has people selling millions of coins, just waiting to be bought. So it's either a great time to buy, or a difficult time to leave a sinking ship.

Personally, I hope for the best for this coin, as I'm holding on to a few thousand myself. Maybe the author could chime in on this?

What do you guys think the future looks for lottocoin?

Do you think it will continue to decline, be stable for a while, or rise?

Somebody needs to do something

Lottocoin is dead.

Relive it by make a hype-video competition.

Relive it by make a delvelopment competeion.

The winner will recive a winning price, brougt up by donations.

If we alle donate some of our big fortune we could all end up by having more.

Right know we lose influence...

We are premined where are the developpers??!!

If you like my english gramma, tip me some. Meanwhile i will thinkof a number between 1-345
