Limes are the perfect fruit, both bitter and sour at times. Able to make an amazing Limenade and just overall one of the best fruits I've tried.

So, I've wanted to grow a lime tree for a while and recently I've started looking at the different types of lime tree you can get. I managed to narrow it down to either getting key lime, mexican lime or the tahiti lime and I still don't know which one is suitable for growing in the UK (I know they aren't supposed to grow here but I still want to see how they turn out). I understand that some (if not all) limes grow to the size of the pot they're planted in so I didn't know if I'd be able to keep the tree in a small pot and move it outside in the summer and the back inside in the winter. Has anyone got any ideas on what lime to grow and how to take care of it?
