Are there dc comics with sapphic characters or relationships? Because as a lesbian I love feeling represented in this type of comics considering that I like superheroes since I was a little kid
Are there queer marvel or DC comic creators?
Hey as the title says, looking for all cool gay male superheroes/characters that are out there.
Only prerequisite, is that they have one good completed story of their own. Or just consistently show up around lol.
Are there any bad ass gay characters with a typical superhero origin story thatād be cool to read, but Iāll take anything I can get can be other genre too, Iām not picky but Sci-fi/Fantasy are my favs.
I have once again tried to put together all issues released this week, that I knew would feature queer characters based on the regular cast or the solicits (This list is subject to change as the issues come out).

If you have another issue of a queer superhero comic from this week, that you want to talk about, just write a comment below and I will add it to the list.
Have fun!
See title. Prefer superhero comics but I'll give anything a read. Need to farm some hope, been lapsing into doomerism since last week.
Hey all! Iām getting more into comics and was wondering if there were any good runs I should read given the recent newsā¦ I live in the United States and am scared out of my mind. Anything to help process this, or even take my mind off of it, is appreciated.

Wiccan and Hulkling are one of the most important and iconic gay couples in comics. I'm sure he will be represented. I also have hope that the reason Disney didn't want to put Hulkling in Agatha is that it wouldn't have been able to have a proper development of their relationship. I hope that in future movies or series they can develop a proper and natural relationship.
Based on some of the information we were given, it seems like Marvel is pivoting towards Young Avengers for their future projects. My question is, how are you going to portray them from a representation point of view? More than half of the Young Avengers members are queer. We were introduced to Wiccan with the Agatha All Along story and he was allowed to be gay on screen. But will Marvel be open to portraying Wiccan and Hulkling's relationship openly, or will it stay in the background without getting onscreen confirmation and actions? How will they portray their characters if one day we get a movie/or movies about the Young Avengers?
There are also other queer characters in the team, AFAIK, David Alleyne was confirmed to be bisexual and there's a part in the comics where he confirms it himself. It's also mentioned that he and Tommy are dating. There's also America Chavez, who is lesbian. Marvel specifically brought her character into the MCU where we had Wanda chase after her, so I am guessing that it's possible her character will meet Billy (and maybe even Tommy) at some point. I think the movie showed America's parents were queer (as they were both women).
I've seen some people arguing that their identities wouldn't be touched upon that much because Marvel wouldn't allow it, but how is that going to work? An important part of Wiccan and Hulkling's relationship dynamic focuses on that, will they just be friend-zoned or ''implied''?
Howdy all! I recently finished Agatha all along and I lovedddd Joe Locke as Wiccan and Iām dying for more. I have no experience with comics and Iām wondering where should I start for his story?
Now Wiccan has been introduced when will we get Teddy? I thought maybe Billyās boyfriend Eddie was going to be Teddy but nothing was revealed about him in the Agatha finale. When do you think we could see him and how do you think they could meet? In the comics they meet very early since both were in high school.
Was wondering what people think the likelihood of getting Wiccan, Ice Man or Northstar in Rivals is. I think Wiccan would be the obvious choice since he's a new character in the MCU and (probably) is gonna be a big part of future Marvel projects.
Part of me is worried the devs are aware games like that get kinda toxic playerbases and just don't wanna deal with any controversy from including a gay character, but I'm not sure. It'd just be nice for variety, I feel like it's important to have at least one character in those games you can relate to
