What’s up! I’m no hairstylist and need some advice. I’ve been wanting a pixie cut for about six months or so and am considering getting it done after this whole epidemic blows over and things return back to normal. What are some very low/minimal maintenance styles I could roll with? My hair is thick, grows forward from the back of my head. I just want better idea of what would work for me. :) thank y’all! If a pic for reference would help you can DM 🖤
I’m a hairstylist and I absolutely love pixie cuts. There’s so many details to consider when tailoring a look for someone’s personality. So you tell me? Square sideburns or pointy? Round, square, wispy, pointed, concave or w hairline? Soft and shapeless? Or geometric?
I have a wedding to go too soon and wearing a suit so I need advice on how to fix my hair to fit that look. It’s a few inches past my shoulders and usually I just throw it in a low side ponytail but I feel like that’s too messy for this occasion. Any thoughts and advice would be greatly appreciated !!
So I'm trying to figure out what haircut to get and have fallen in love with this style: https://instagram.com/p/zdTmpTuIjo/ or http://24.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lv96eljcT51qbsbwoo1_500.jpg
Only thing is, I have fine, super straight hair kinda like this http://www.etcfblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/Agyness-Deyn-Pixie-Hair-Trend-2013.jpg
I don't know if I could pull of a haircut like the ones above without (a) looking like Justin Bieber, and/or (b) looking like a boy. I really like the style and the way it could be unisex; really I'd like to be able to pass as non-binary but I'd prefer people's default assumption to be "feminine" though, and I think the thing that does that is the curls. I've had short hair before and been called "Sir" all the time, and while I don't mind that, it wouldn't be a good idea for some situations I'll be in. Any ideas or advice on how I could adapt the style or feel my way into it without potentially ending up with a haircut that really doesn't work on me?
I like tight/close haircuts.
Not sure which way to go.
Normally I get a 5 on the sides and I keep the top a little bit longer so I can spike it like a boss.
EDIT: I forgot the link....like a doof.
Because the only lists I've found cater to gay men :(
I've just scheduled an appointment at a hair salon that I searched on yelp (with the search term lesbian hair salon) on the basis that the reviews made the place just seem like an all around nice place etc... Did I miss something? Are there any resources that I'm missing out on?
Hello everyone!!
Some pics of my hair http://i.imgur.com/av9ho.jpg
Some ideas I had for my hair. I really want something with blonde in it. http://i.imgur.com/LqaTA.jpg
Does anyone have any haircut advice? I want something cute that might suggest that I like other girls. A lot of guys hit on me so I probably look more like I'm straight, leading me to drop the "I like girls" bombshell on them, and I really dislike having to resort to that. :/
Thanks a bunch to anyone who has some advice!!
Alright, I usually have this long, waist-length, wavy Mexican hair. It's too thick and I nearly suffocated to death doing yoga one day, so I cut about two feet off recently.
Here are some recent pics since cutting it.

You will see it does whatever the fuck it wants; I don't even bother styling it, it doesn't listen. It also grows like an inch a week.
So; is a short, edgy do even feasible for me with those traits? I'd like to look more 'punky'.
