Hi has anyone taken a class that requires an ICHAT background? Im asking because I want to know is it only something where they look your name up online or does it also include a drug test?
Dear LCC students
I would like to get into counseling psychology eventually, which requires a master's degree and license. Here it says that I will later transfer into 4 years institute. Does it mean that I will have to do 2+2 program years at LCC and then get into regular Bachelors in Psychology (with some credits transfer I guess) at another university?
Would anybody be interested in taking over my lease at the downtown student apartments titan court? Room D in the Prometheus 4 bed
Any Golfers at LCC wanting to start a weekly group play at Oakway or Laurelwood?
I have ome class that has wednsday twice, but they overlap, what's that about
Hey guys, I'm an incoming freshmen this year, and my buddy and I noticed that there aren't too many clubs officially listed, and nothing in the eSports realm. Once classes start, we might make some flyers, but would anyone here be interested in joining an Overwatch team?
Hey guys, I'm a techy person and also super stingy, anyone know where a guy like me can pick up some PDF's for Math 60? Asking for a friend. And I know someone out there is about as dirty as I am when it comes to book prices.
Best of luck this school year!
It's a week before classes and I have not received my award letter. myEnrollment says it was last looked at on 9-12. I submitted my FAFSA on time, but only by a few days. Does Lane normally take this long to just submit award letters???
I am looking to hire anywhere between 10-15 employees over the next few weeks. Retail experience is a huge plus! Work is based in Santa Clara area as well as West Eugene.
Work is retail, so you get lots of flexibility, but you have to typically work weekends, and obviously there are customers and some physical work to be done. (Regardless of whether it is freight, cashiering or just clerk work.)
Pay is depending on experience. Guaranteed amount of hours are dependent on availability.
DM if you are interested.

I'm finishing my Navy enlistment and was thinking about going to LCC for Computer Network Operations and was curious about how the program is? I wouldn't say a computer expert by all means, but I know my way around a keyboard for the most part. Any information anybody can give would be very helpful. Thanks! *edited
Do students use "Guest" or "Lane Wifi"? The guest wifi said connected, but with no internet.
Why do the library computers want L number? Do they track what you do online?
Is there any services on campus that can help you out or do you just need to find someone who is willing?
Trying to make the process easy, I'm transferring to LBCC first but will end up moving this summer. Looking for others who gotta do the same, maybe team up on finding a place to stay. I'm looking to make the process easy. I hear horror stories about trying to find work, places to live, etc. Message me if interested.
I've looked all up and down the website, myLane, Google, and I just can't find anything. The page on the website says "Prior College Transcript: To transfer credits to Lane or to have a prerequisite acknowledged for a Lane course.
You can submit an official transcript one of three ways:
Order one to be sent electronically from your prior college/university. Many participate with Lane for an electronic official transcript system."
But there's no link or email or anything anywhere. How do I actually send my transcript electronically if there's no way to do so? Does anyone know how to do this, what am I missing?
3rd year at LCC. Just registered for classes last week.
Got a letter (snail mail) today, telling me it's my FINAL NOTICE for paying my bill, and I'll be sent to collections in 2 weeks unless I pay in full.
I haven't budgeted for this! I blew every spare penny on books! It will be a month or more before I can pay up! This has never happened before!
Just so I'm clear, My balance before I registered was $0. This bill (the first I've gotten) is for this term.
Is this a mistake, or is this the new policy? I'll be trying to get hold of someone monday, but I'm kind of freaking out here.
This would ruin me.
I have the option of taking it either here at Lane or waiting and taking it at OSU. How are the instructors? Do you feel you sufficiently learned the material needed to move forward? I'm in the computer science AAOT and everyone says Discrete Mathematics is integral. So if I can help it by getting a good instructor then I will.
I went to RateMyProfessor already but I feel like half the time people write those reviews they're essentially knee-jerk reactions to bad experiences. I want an honest reflection of your experience.
