Koalas need LAND. Rapidly becoming extinct in their most fertile native habitat on the Koala Coast of South East QLD and Northern NSW. People are often shocked to learn the koala is in danger. We hope this little corner of Reddit can highlight this serious issue facing Australia's most recognisable national icon and the natural heritage in which it thrives. Australia holds the shameful title of having the world’s highest mammal extinction rate. We cannot let the koala join that list.

Koalas are amazing animals whose habitats are being devastated by human intervention and climate change. We need to do more before the only Koalas left are those in Zoos.
