A beauty for sure. A blade so sharp it could shave a tomato or scalp a pineapple! Love it during it’s first use.
Just got gifted my first Chineseium knife. I ain't even mad! This thing's actually pretty cool for Mallninja shit. Only had it for a few days and I've already used it more than a few times. I'll probably have to make sure I take it easy on the lighter though. I can see that wearing out after a while.
So my mother has a rather large collection of kitchen knives, I suppose that's what happens when you get older and don't toss anything. Not only does she have a full butcher's block but a near full kitchen drawer. She has nearly everything from 8in chef's knives to 1in paring knives, but what grinds my gears is how nearly every blade, regardless of shape, has a recurve on it. This has been the result of years of self sharpening at home on a V-sharpener, now knifes with complete straight blades like a sheep's foot, have a recurve toward their hilt.
