I (36F, 350lbs, 5’2”, birth date 02/04/1988, SSN 403-67-4929) have been on keto for 6 FREAKIN MONTHS AND CANT LOSE WEIGHT UGH.
I think it’s because I’m not hitting by fat goals! When eating nothing but fatty ground beef and bacon wasn’t enough, I started making fat bombs to snack on throughout the day (I usually have 6 - 12). That wasn’t helping, so I gave up and just moved onto drinking cups of heavy cream after each meal and snack.
Even that wasn’t working. Now I’m chugging 2 - 3 cups of olive oil before I go to bed, and somehow even now it doesn’t seem like I’m reaching my fat goal! UGH! Maybe because I’m eating too much protein and activating the gluco neo-jesus? Should I cut out all meat and just eat butter and olive oil? Any recommendations to hit my fat goal is greatly appreciated!
Really worried about my blood sugar and insulin and stuff
Worried about getting kicked out of ketosis.

New to keto as recommended by my doctor. He recommended after I am fat adapted to add in 24 hour fisting. Seems like a lot but I am willing to try

Was trying to get back into keto for the 78th time and wanted to kick start ketosis with steak boiled in butter. SOOOO GOOD.
BUT. I then wanted to do a 45 minute fast after but realized a piece of steak was stuck in my teeth.
DID THIS RUIN MY FAST?
I was just about to learn my fate from a rather irate Navy SEAL.
However, I had to interrupt said good intel due to an inflammatory response I only really ever experience if I drop out of Keto.
