Room for rent at Off Broadway Apartments. Close to downtown, great window view. Windows in living room provide excellent light. Apartment in excellent condition, close to Kendall. Good sized room, walk in closet, carpeted. Water, sewer, trash, parking included in rent. Tenant pays electric, monthly cost is typically $50-70 , stove and heat are electric. You will have 3 roommates. Because it is dorm style there will be new roommates for this new lease term. The lease is 12 months but may be ended early by finding a sub-letter if desired.

I saw that Kendall has a course teaching pattern drafting in their continued education section. I'm somewhat new to sewing but have been building my skills by sewing store bought patterns as well as a few clothes-cloning projects. Has anyone taken this course? Would it be more for someone with very advanced sewing skills?

So my girlfriend goes to kcad, but I live about 500 miles away. Just wondering if you guys have like a valentines day delivery service so I could order something and have someone deliver it to her at school. Or if anyone has any other ideas, I'd appreciate it. Just looking for something a little more surprising than a package at her place.
