Here my sugestion for jwe3 :heater and air conditioner for the comfort of the dinosaurs exemple yutyrannus will live with to cool him down make to create cold environnement for him in contrerary the pyroraptor would want to be in a hot environnement because when the pyroraptor live in France back when France was tropical island so in hot environnement
Can JWE 3 have an ecosystem simulator where we can release dinosaurs and they can just nest and hunt and we can see how long populations last?
As said, it seems that whenever the game tries to autosave (in the campaign, if its of any significance, didnt try any other mode), my screen freezes, the mouse can very glitchily move around, but I cant do anything, but kill the pc and restart it. (Weirdly enough my RGB fans actually keep being lit up, after I force kill the pc). Another thing I should mention is that reconnecting my DP cable into the GPU makes the screen dead. The gpu doesnt send anything to the monitor.
It only happens during autosaves, just tried and normal save worked fine.
Ill turn off autosaves for now (or not, cause I cant find an option for it), but anyone got any ideas? I got my game via Epic.
Please help, I'm 25 hours into canada jurassic difficulty, I have 4.5 stars, no room for anything else, i have one mosa, 10,000 appeal, but nothing seems to put it above that 4.5
Okay so! I'm trying to mod JWE2. As y'all know all mods (that I know of) use .ovl files to function & do things.
So I put in the essential mods and launch it up-- and it crashes. It says "[file- usually 'main' or 'init'].ovd does not exist" or something along those lines.
It looks for an .ovd file. Which is not what mods use.
Anyone know how to fix it? I've tried everything I can think of.
I'm looking on the nexus but can't find it. Is there a good mod option that adds better vegetation and tall grass?

Hey everyone, Recently picked up the game with all DLC and really like it. I've been playing the Campaign to get used to all the mechanics in the Game. I really want to build a big Park and stuff in Sandbox and wanted to ask for the best setting to have a Management Sim kinda like the old Theme Park Tycoon games if you know what i mean.
Feel free to suggest mods aswell, im on PC and know how to mod

I know it's not really accurate, but it's my first time using Blender in terms of animation (of living creatures and dinosaurs) and rendering (took ~13 hours).
Lighting is not the best but I'll work on it in future media I create.
Okay so I want to use Malta vehicle skins but not Malta buildings so what files do I have to swap/move/delete in the ovlData in order to replace for example the DPG vehicle skins with the Malta ones? I've tried simply swapping their texture and model data but that just causes a crash. I'm on PC of course and am familiar with installing mods for the game but not anything very far past that.
So, for some incomprehensible reason Frontier treat the sound design of the Camp Cretaceous species in a very weird way. Some species retain their sounds from the show(Monolophosaurus, Tarbosaurus, Ouranosaurus, Kentrosaurus & Nothosaurus(I think?)), that even applies to some of the skins(Toro, Bumpy & the bioluminescent Paras), but with others they decide to not include the canon sounds and just make new ones altogether. For Spinoceratops it at least makes some sense, as no adult Spinoceratops was seen in the show. But why did they do that with the Scorpios rex? The sounds in-game aren't terrible, but the Scorpios just sounds so dull compared to CC. Same thing with the Baryonyx trio, who don't get their Camp Cretaceous sounds in-game either, despite Baryonyx probably being the species that sounds the most different from it's live-action counterpart in the entire show. And its not like those sounds are unavailable, or whatever, as they were used in one of the Dinotracker videos, and the people behind that website don't even think the show is canon.
I know the game is about dinosaurs but what are some of the top props/decor you'd like to see in the game? Any new buildings you'd like to see, what style of buildings would you like to see added? What would you like to see get added?
One of mine would be that, for one, the Scorpios Rex doesn't walk quadropedaly at all(even though that was the primary way it walked in Camp Cretaceous, it only really went into a bipedal stance when running, or while just standing), and when it stands on all 4s it uses the entire hand to stand on, instead of folding it's hands into a shape similar to that of a hadrosaur, and standing on the tips of its fingers, like it does in the show.
